Dear Stuart, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased that you found the check-in process smooth and were able to enjoy the comfort of our SweetBeds. It's always encouraging for us to hear when our guests appreciate the cleanliness of our hotel and the integrity of our housekeeping staff, as we strive to maintain high standards. However, we understand your concern regarding the airflow in the rooms. Due to Dutch regulations, our windows are designed for safety and cannot be fully opened. We provide air cooling systems to maintain a comfortable temperature and offer earplugs for those particularly sensitive to urban sounds. Nonetheless, we apologize for any discomfort this may have caused during your stay. Finally, we're delighted that the prime location of ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera contributed positively to your experience, placing you within walking distance to various attractions and public transport options. Hotel nice but poor location and breakfast are major problems

Dear Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you found our hotel clean and appreciated the politeness and efficiency of our staff. These aspects are fundamental to us, and we are pleased to know that we have met your expectations in this regard. However, we understand that you felt our location was not as central as you expected and that the breakfast experience did not align with your preferences. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While our hotel is indeed within walking distance to the Dam Square and other attractions, we recognize that each guest has unique expectations and perceptions of distance. Regarding the breakfast, please note that we are switching some items per day to keep some variety. There will be chicken sausages one day and the next day there will be bacon on the buffet. Nonetheless, we are glad that the overall cleanliness and service provided by our team left a positive impression on you. Our location, close to many of Amsterdam's highlights and easily accessible public transport, is often praised by our guests, and we hope it ultimately contributed to your experience of Amsterdam.
