What a bad service. My employer paid for a twin bed room and received a single bed room. When I went to complaint about it, I was informed that because it was ordered trhough expedia, this was wrongly booked. I explained that my employer is known to ordered rooms for my travel and never experienced this before. I was told if I pay extra 20 euros I can be upgraded to the room that already my employed paid for. Been traveling through Netherlands for 14 days and all hotels were great. Thank God, I only needed this crappy hotel only for night as this was close to central station for catching the train. Pay attention when booking so you don’t get cheated upon arrival. Bathroom also had a smelly stank and room was not clean at all. NOT recommended!!!!

Budget hotel at a premium price, you can do better.

High priced low value hotel in town. It lacked anything that could be considered more than a two star hotel in a city of options. Front of house staff were very helpful and efficient but the hotel and rooms were lacking…everything. Free coffee in the foyer was a pleasant bonus and the beds were comfortable but a poorly designed room, small bathroom, nowhere for bags (do I really have to put my bag on the floor in the walkway?), should I stop? It is disappointing that Accor thinks this is what it should provide to loyal customers as a discount option. €150/night is not a discount hotel and don’t start on the “oh it’s Amsterdam” blah blah. It is simply a budget hotel at a 3 to 4 star price. A small redesign of rooms to provide options for storage and in-room dining if necessary (table and two chairs) is not that hard. Bathrooms were pokey at best and a child sized toilet, really? This hotel has such potential but its a pity the Accor designers don’t have the skills to realise it.

Winter time AC blows sold air when you are sleeping!!!

The AC is controlled by the reception and while I was sleeping , it was set for cooling! Outside was 1 degrees. I got sick when I was sleeping!!! Terrible experience. Breakfast fast was not good too.there was flies around my plate. I do not recommend at all! There are many other hotels around…

The reception team was friendly on arrival, but the overall hospitality felt a bit outdated. In my opinion, there are far better hotels in the city that offer more comfort and better locations. This place is decent if you're here for clubbing, but unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. On two mornings between 8:30 - 9:30, I was woken up by housekeeping banging the wall opposite my room so hard that the entire wall seemed to shake. They also knocked on the door daily for turn-down service, which felt unnecessary. I had to go to reception to complain about the noise, and while they made a note in a book, it didn’t seem to make much difference. If you want a decent sleep after a night out, I’d recommend avoiding this hotel. The lack of sleep in the mornings—especially since most bars don’t open until 4 PM—was frustrating. Fresh cups and towels were provided in the room, and there was a free coffee machine at reception, which was a nice touch, but it didn’t make up for the other issues. The air conditioning was extremely loud, sounding like running water, so I had to turn it off frequently. The rooms are small—not entirely uncomfortable, but definitely not the best. Breakfast was underwhelming, with staff seeming uninterested and disengaged both times I went down. Service needs improvement. Additionally, I was not informed of any construction work, only realizing it when I saw a crane outside one morning. While this didn’t impact my stay, a heads-up would have been appreciated. In-room issues: The bedside light flickered, which clearly hadn't been checked by housekeeping. The bathroom door in Room 212 didn’t lock and lacked a handle on the outside. Overall, this hotel didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t stay here again

Been going Amsterdam for over 30 years and not stayed here before. Location in perfect for everything, cant really fault it. Checkin really quick and they allowed us to check in at 12 which was great. Rooms small but the norm for Amsterdam. Staff here were really helpful and free tea/coffee in reception which is always a welcome bonus. In general this place is relatively basic but all we needed for a two night stay in this amazing city.
