Terrible experience: room very small and without confort, poor amenities. Every day we had our room (662) cleaned up at 5pm even we left it at 10am. I asked at the reception and they told me the housekeepers were very busy to clean my room up early. I think this is an unprofessional and unpolite behaviour, every day I had to spent 3 hours to wait at the reception that they “concede” me the cleaning as it was a personal favour. If they are not well organized and too busy it’s not my fault. It doesn’t matter to me!

I would recommend this hotel. Directly next to the train station but very, very safe. Location is top notch. The hotel appears to recently have had a refurb so looks modern and fresh. Service was friendly and there is a shop at reception for snacks aswell as a bar. The room was comfy but a little small to be honest. However I would absolutely stay here again if I got a good deal.

Usless staff and bed bugs

This place is absolutely terrible unless you want to be robbed and then made out to be crazy I honestly wouldn’t stay here this is a terrible hotel and the staff just brush things off and ain’t that polite about it as well then they ignore you when you want updating on the situation not the mention the bed bugs and dirty bedding honestly not worth the money .. if I could give no stars I certainly would have wouldn’t surprise me if they staff was in on the robbery

Great location, close to the train station, and easy to walk into town, without being in the midst! Staff all very friendly & helpful, nice seating area to have a drink in the evening. Room was clean & spacious. Couldn’t hear the trains at all even though it was right outside our window! Breakfast was however extremely expensive for what it was. €18 for very basic & seemingly low quality ingredients - much better places in town to grab breakfast

Fantastic Amsterdam Hotel

A great hotel next to Amsterdam Central Station. The 17 sq metre room is large by Amsterdam standards. Very central. The direct train from Amsterdam Airport took about 15 minutes and coming out of the station the hotel is next door. The breakfast was was extensive including many Dutch treats. The bar/cafe at the hotel had a small dinner menu but OK if didn’t want to go out to a restaurant for dinner. Would definitely stay there again.
