Dear Mr. A., Thank you for sharing your -low-rated- feedback. from the beginning, we took your initial concerns very seriously: you were moved to new rooms right away, and both our Housekeeping team and Duty Manager personally followed up to ensure the situation was fully addressed. At that time, you confirmed that the measures taken were handled well and met your expectations. We regret that, despite these efforts and the positive outcome you acknowledged during your stay, you ultimately remained unsatisfied and chose to leave a negative review upon departure. الاطلالة رائعة بشكل لا يوصف والمكان قريب جدا من الباصات وسكة الحديد يوجد مواقف للسيارات تحت الفندق مباشرة ولكن تدفع باليوم 50 يورو وليست مجانية أيضا يوجد تأكيد للدراجات الهوائية
