We are delighted that you found our central location convenient for your travels around the city and appreciated the easy access to transport options, local eateries, and shopping venues. It is also great to hear that the quietness of your room provided you with a peaceful environment away from the lively atmosphere of Amsterdam. Nonetheless, we regret to hear about the aspects of your stay that did not fully meet your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the size of the room and the oversight regarding the replacement of towels. Additionally, we understand that the breakfast selection did not meet your preferences, and we take note of your comments to review our breakfast offerings. We aim to provide a range of options to cater to the various tastes of our guests.
