I had a good experience with everything in this country. The main thing have been with the attention received in this special hotel Ibbis....I feel as comfortable as if I am at home...on another hand people from Swizeland in Ibbis hotel are so special, polite, friendly, kindness...I don't have words the way how people made me feel when I arrived to the hotel in this country...thank you for every thing..Regards...Erika

The nice little room was freezing cold and the staff weren't able to change anything. We had to go and buy our own little heater, to get the room to a comfortable temperature. If there heating system isn't up for outside minus temperatures, then I would expect the hotel management to have little heaters available to get the guests comfortable. That would be a good service. The walls are very thin and one night people were screaming and fighting in an other room, which was very frighting.
