Just stayed a night and was happy with everything. Staff was friendly, room was big and cozy and clean and the price is good, too. I did not try any other ameneties but the bar looked nice, too.

Unfortunately, the location was not well accessible, and my room was at the fifth floor, the dried clothes machine was not helping to sleep well, because of the noisy.

I had an online reservation which was fully paid. When I reached the hotel the receptionist initially told me I had no reservation. On insisting she was able to find one and then told me the Stay was not paid for and won't give me the key unless I pay. My family with a 4 year old were very tired. I said okay and the receptionist charged my credit card. Finally when we made it to the room, to our surprise we were given a small single room while our booking was for 3 persons. I immediately rushed to the reception and had to fight with them so that they pull my correct reservation. Finally they did and said their system is showing g wrong info. Now they said they cannot change my room coz I already got one and I have to restore the room to how it was if they are to change to a bigger room. This was just 2 minutes after the first room was issued. The receptionist was extremely rude and didn't even say sorry for the trouble, intact I said sorry to her for all the trouble and she said THATS OKAY. I think her name was Caroline, didn't even smile a single time. This is my last time staying at your chain. If no follow up investigation is done in this. This will be all over internet. The troubles don't end here, next morning just me and my wife head out to breakfast, my 4 year old is sick. While we are having a breakfast the person in charge comes and asks for room number and we say ours. He immediately raises voice and shouts this is only for 1 person! I was so shocked at his behavior and then I had to pull my booking again and show him. I clearly see in his chart that he was holding that it mentions 2 adults and 1 child. Not sure why the staff at this hotel is behaving this way. All in all a total disaster.
