Room smelt musty when we went in, it took 4 members of staff to check us in, went to the bar and was at the front of the queue for 20 mins whilst three members of staff found someone who knew what a “schnapps” was… all Spanish speaking so when someone who spoke Spanish went to the bar, they queue jumped. One of our rooms the hair dryer didn’t work and our room had USB sockets that didn’t work. 4/10. Would not return

Easy access from the airport and very convenient location for access to Messe where major events are held. Clean and well serviced hotel, at fair prices. Breakfast is varied and tasty. All in all, good value for money.

Positives: - Check-in and Out were hastle free and easy - Access was also easy - Room and bathroom were clean Negatives: - Difficult to locate, if you don't know the region - Bathroom resembles a Thailand guesthouse bathroom, below expectations for Switzerland - Pillows on the beds are very uncomfortable

Room good. Breakfast a little disappointing.

There is no minibar in the room, some USB sockets are broken, the temperature cannot be reduced below 25 degrees. Staff is very friendly and reception is open non stop.
