Dear Mr. C., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are truly sorry to learn that you experienced delays at reception while our receptionist was assisting other guests, and that you felt unattended to during your dining experience. It is also disappointing to hear that your concerns regarding the quality of the food, the television in your room, and the difficulty in locating your waitress when you wished to settle your bill negatively impacted your stay. While there may have been operational demands at the time, this does not excuse the level of service you received. Every guest deserves prompt, attentive, and courteous service, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the relevant department heads. We will address these concerns with our teams and reinforce our service standards to help prevent similar situations in the future. We sincerely value your feedback, as it helps us improve.
