We are truly sorry to learn that you experienced delays at reception while our receptionist was assisting other guests, and that you felt unattended to during your dining experience. It is also disappointing to hear that your concerns regarding the quality of the food, the television in your room, and the difficulty in locating your waitress when you wished to settle your bill negatively impacted your stay. While there may have been operational demands at the time, this does not excuse the level of service you received. Every guest deserves prompt, attentive, and courteous service, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion.
