Good place, good atmosphere, The best staff always, good food. BAD TV, if you may allocate a budget to change old TV's to Smart TV .

For the past 15years or so have been staying at Mercure but have now noticed that the standards are going down. For example there is no water in the rooms, the AC in the room not working, some of the lights in the room not working, the TV at the bar has poor picture quality and the bar is not well stocked.

It is, however, very concerning to hear that your recent experiences have not reflected the standards you have come to expect from us. Your feedback regarding the absence of water in the rooms, the non-functioning air conditioning and lighting, as well as the poor TV quality and limited bar stock, is taken very seriously. These are fundamental aspects of the guest experience, and we regret that we fell short during your stay. Always great staying here. Nothing serious to complain about. Only minor issue I had was that I had to clean the toilet myself when I arrived. Under the seat it wasn't pleasant. Urine stains etc. All else okay.

I enjoyed a comfortable 1-night stay in a quiet room (room 208). The shower had a lot of pressure which I enjoyed and the mattress and pillows was to my liking. It would be nice to also show rugby games on the tv, unfortunately only soccer and school boy rugby was shown. Rugby and cricket games are important. But, notwithstanding, I enjoyed the stay and was able to rest after traveling most of the day.
