We have had to cancel one of the 2 nights due to travel issues due to the G20. Lesedi was absolutely wonderful and assisted with a smile. He made our stay a great experience. Thank you very much Lesedi for your outstanding service

The staff is great and friendly. However, in my room the two pin plug was not working, the phone did not work. One day I did not receive any new towels. When the cafeteria was packed due to a congress happening. The staff member suggested someone sit opposite me without even asking if it was okay with me, and it made me feel very uncomfortable.

I went to Mercure after church on Friday hoping to rest my head because home was loud and unpleasant. Got there and there was a matric farewell. I asked the receptionist on Friday if I’ll be able to dine downtown after church he agreed. But to my surprise at 11pm when I got back from church, the music was supwr loud. I took video’s. I’m disappointed and regret spending money there as it was not communicated that they are hosting school kids. The manager just said sorry and refused to refund me so I go book elsewhere.
