We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the television and air conditioning, as well as the unstable bed in Room 308. We are pleased that our team was able to move you to another room, but we regret that this was necessary. Your comments have been shared with our Maintenance team for immediate attention. We also appreciate your feedback regarding being asked to produce your driver's license each time you exited the property. Please allow us to clarify that this procedure forms part of our security measures to help protect our guests and their vehicles. Our security team verifies driver identification to ensure that only authorized persons are removing vehicles from the premises.
