While we were aware that the hotel is a business hotel we had wanted to stay their because of the location, which is close to our family in Randburg, we were a bit disappointed that as Platinum Accor members we did not get complimentary breakfast included. We understand that there are no upgraded rooms as all your rooms are standard and you dont have a lounge so we would have thought that the breakfast could have been offered.

There are huge rats in the courtyard just near the door leading into the bar from outside. I hate rats and am worried that these rats will find their way into the building. Please act now and eliminate these rodents.

I felt at home right from the reception because the staff was friendly giving me a warm welcome. My room was clean even the following day when I came back from work, all was in order & my valuables intact. Thumbs up!

The experience at the hotel was quite pleasant, I was mostly there in the evenings. The staff were very accommodating, kind and professional. I however did not like the carpet in my room it looked old and dirty, the one pillow which was more like a cushion on the bed was torn and old.

There was no one to assist us at the dining hall in the evening and we had to go out of the hotel to get food at the mall. The bathroom fan was not working so the room was stuffy. The Linen was very clean and so was the bedroom, this made the overnight stay bearable.

The stay was quite good except for one of your guest who bashed my car in the car park. I suggest that the security guards should direct your guest when parking in and out of the car park to avoid unnecessary accidents and inconveniences. Another positive point to note, is your front line staff who where exceptionally good. You have a great assets in your staff. Thank you for motivating them as shown from their excellent service.

Was a very very good place to stay.Very strategic since it os close to a Mall that helps in getting things faster. I enjoyed,the people working at restaurant they are very committed.i just would recomend to review the Bush at the oposit side,that frightened me considering crime rate and the fact that at that bush there was some home that semestre to me a hidden place for anyone intending to do bad and he could you a window and vice versa. Over all is a very good place and safe as well though some required improvement stated above

I was actually very impressed when I stayed there approximately 5 months ago. Impressed by the rate, the food, and additional services. However, upon my second visit two weeks ago, the rate has gone up with R200, (which excludes breakfast), no wifi, (so I was unable to complete my work), and breakfast was at an additional cost of R160 per person which I feel is a bit excessive. Upon checking in we wanted to have lunch as we waited for approximately 15min just to find out that ALL restaurant staff was in a meeting. We then left to have lunch and breakfast the following day at the mall across the road. So I was a bit disappointed by the increased tariff which provided less
