My lift arrived at 6-45. 6-30 Breakfast was not ready by then and staff were completely indifferent. No effort.

Breakfast should have been ready at 06:30, and we regret that this was not the case when your lift arrived at 06:45. We are equally concerned that our staff did not show the attentiveness and effort you rightfully expect from us.
