Please renew your furniture. Couches in the corridors, lobby and rooms are old, dirty and cushions completely finished. Room Carpets are dirty. Bathroom paint jobs not completely presentable.

I was staying on the 3rd floor which I liked and would recommend, I asked for a bucket of ice and an extra blanket both of which I was provided with. The one thing that stood out for me was the lack of bar soaps as the hotel only provided liquid soap in the form of shower gel which I assume is due to covid. I would have appreciated an air vent in the bathroom just to have air circulate thus helping in keeping it ventilated.

-Upon arrival, I had to wait for about 20min for the room to be prepared with the extra bed that I requested when I made the booking at 12pm. -After they were done we went to the room and only to find that it was too small we couldn't move around in the room the 3 of us but only to climb on the bed to move from point A to B. -After all this dissatisfaction the lady who was on the night shift sincerely apologized and offered all 3 of us some soft drinks and she also promised to make a note for us to be moved the following day to another open room.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The amenities however wasn't up to par. There was no facecloth in the bathroom, two point plug outlet didn't work, the food at breakfast wasn't fresh

Very disappointing. My room had no soap or shampoo in the shower after numerous requests and complaints I was told that the hotel had no soap for my shower! How was I supposed to wash myself. Eventually I was brought 2 small shampoo bottles and was told to shower with these. I will never stay at a Mecure hotel again

This was my third stay at your hotel. Sadly, not as good an experience as previously. First room the A/C was faulty. Terrible night. Other small maintenance items are not being attended to: Broken door latch, Bedside lampshade lose and skew. Shaving mirror broken off. Net curtain somehow was attached to the normal curtain (I assume a quick fix by someone). Luckily I was assigned a new room the next day. A/C was working. But again small things are being neglected. No knob on the desk drawer. Shelf in fridge broken. One foot missing off fridge. Reading light lose. Its also a pity that I was unable to book a room any more that EXCLUDES breakfast. While the breakfast was adequate, R165 was shockingly high. The roof in the dining room needs a serious clean or new coat of paint - its not looking good. So, generally an okay stay, but management seriously needs to spend more time actually doing regular inspections. At R780 a night, I believe I could find better.

The place was centrally situated for me, very clean, very friendly staff. Good breakfast served for all the days I was there. Good value for money as I had to book at short notice and even when I extended this was still reasonable
