Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that you found the room insufficiently lit and that several aspects of comfort and maintenance were disappointing. Your comments regarding the electrical outlets, the limited window opening, and the housekeeping service have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for review. We are particularly concerned by your remarks regarding the cleanliness of the public area on the 6th floor. This does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain, and we will address this matter with our housekeeping team to ensure closer monitoring of all guest areas. Regarding the absence of a telephone in the room, this is part of our hotel concept.
