Booking was a real nightmare. Corridors smell moist, children all over screaming, running and banging. Should be a way to separate families from adults. Restaurant was good as well as male staff at the counter.

We arrived with two young kids early in the morning and the hotel was full with no possibility of early check-in. However the receptionist (Leon you are a rock star in helping guests) coordinated with housekeeping and arranged for us a room as soon as it was emptied and cleaned. Our jet-lagged kids were able to crash into bed and we were all very grateful for the cooperation of the staff. We were very pleased with our entire stay. Comfortable and clean. And we loved the lounge!

It was OK, but I find it very bizarre that I was not at all recognised as a ALL Dimond member. My booking was made via travel agency and my loyalty number was missing, which is not a good start, but I was not not even offered a welcome drink since as I was explained the welcome drinks are now only work via app, which did not have my reservation in because of missing loyalty number. Otherwise, the reception staff made an effort to get me a room for early check-in which I appreciated very much (after I mentioned that I am the Diamond member).
