It was fine, the check in was confusing as he was not sure that we had two rooms booked for the number of guests (even though check in was done the night before). Breakfast reservation was rather unflexible. The mattress on the top bed was not comfortable and pillow was missing.

Unfortunately, our stay at Ibis Budget this time was very disappointing. The biggest issue was bathroom. The shower drain was completly blocked, making the shower unusable. Beacause the water could not drain properly, it spread toward toilet, creating an inconveniant situation and difficluties to use by woman. The blocked drain also caused a terrible smell in tha bathroom. To make the room bearable, we had to keep window open. However, this created another problem: in the early morning we woke up to the smell of ciggarettes smoke because there is a designated smoking area (by the tables) directly below our window (room 302). As if that was not enough, the reading lights above our bed did not waork either. While this was a minor issue compared to the bathroom problems, it added to the overall impression that the room was poorly maintained.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The man at the reception was quite rude and insisted that we should have paid for the room in advance, even though this had not been communicated to us. The room was very worn out, with cobwebs and even spiders. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower and toilet felt more like those in a train than in a hotel. The only positive aspect of our stay was the lady serving breakfast. She was genuinely kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. Her friendliness was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing experience.

Room was to hot , pillows was uncomfortable. The worst thing was I checked if I could park my 7.5 ton vehicle earlier that day and was told it was fine. When I arrived I parked away from everyone else and there was lots of room for cars , vans etc to park. I then was told I had to park on the street. If I had known this I would not of booked.

It was strange experience. When i try reserve a night after 6pm it was disapeared from booking platform so i reserved it by yours page, but i cannot pay there or add info about credit card. I believed that there is a checking in machine. I be there around 10:30 pm so two men informed me about yours local policy with 6pm rules but it nonsense when i cannot do it by yours page, excepially when there is a info 24/7. So i have to pay by cash with right amount what is next nonsense.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at ibis budget Dresden Kesselsdorf. We traveled on a grueling 10-hour night train from Karlsruhe to Dresden and did not sleep all night. Despite checking in online beforehand and explicitly stating that we would arrive before 12:00, our room was not ready when we got there, leaving us stranded without a place to rest. To make matters worse, the hotel changed our room without even asking us. We were placed in a room facing the parking lot with no elevator access. Because of this location, it was incredibly loud; we could hear the constant noise of cars and people, as well as every single movement from our neighbors next door and above us. We could not sleep at all during the night or the morning. Furthermore, there was absolutely no housekeeping during our entire 3-day stay. We had to take our own trash outside, and the hotel didn't even provide trash bags—we had to buy them ourselves. When we tried to get some fresh air and opened the window, massive insects came inside, which terrified both me and my cat. This hotel is completely disorganized, lacks basic customer service, and ruined our trip. I am incredibly disappointed and definitely do not recommend staying here.

I had only a 4 1/2 h stay, so I basically fell into the bed and got up and left on my way from Denmark to Austria. Checkin work smoothly. The room was comfortable. And a very short detour from/to the motorway.

In 2 days I was switched 3 times. First room the door code wasn’t working they had to let me in with a master key, no other room available. 2nd room next morning, heating unit broken on full heat, 3rd room in the evening door handle lose, shampoo holder broken and bed lights not working. Breakfast is amazing and personnel very friendly

When only I came with my car with trailer to the huge (big plus for the hotel), almoast empty parking in front of the hotel immediately older blond lady from the staff chased me and demanded to unhook the trailer from my car. She was not speaking a word in English. When I told her: parkplatz is leer she said "nein!", I said again "look ist leer!" she agian said "nein, nein, das ist zu lang!". I had to obey her yelling, I am 58 years old and I have bad memories from shouting in German from war movies, that, we Poles, had to watch on regular basis when I was a kid :). Do you, good, nice people there in Germany, still wonder why rest of the world makes comedys about you beeing to proper? Beside this wifi mycloud was not working at all. Breakfast level is lower than in youthostels.

Arriving at the hotel after 12pm I found not working self-check in screen. No inormation about that !!!! Already wanted to drive away and start searching another hotel, when sleepy girl opened the entrance door. I do not want to risk that it could happen again.
