Hotel was well located, very clean and with good service, however, the hotel was not up to the standard of the mercure brand. While renovations were ongoing, the room was old with fixtures falling apart. The hotel is similar to the ibis budget brand, but older and with larger rooms.

I reserved a special “Privilege” room that was supposed to be refurbished and top-notch. That is not what I found; on the contrary. To name just a few problems, there were damaged floor tiles, rusted walls and ceilings, worn-out furniture, non-functioning lights and outlets, and no cooking utensils or amenities compatible with an aparthotel that was supposed to offer a fully functional kitchenette.
