Excellent staff; Comfortable lobby; Excellent apartment: clean, large, comfortable, etc Bathroom: small but clean, good shower Dirt on the hallways and elevator due to renovations Breakfast room very small and not enough ventilated I avoided having breakfast there due to the lack of social distancing

The hotel is under a poor condition, no light inside the elevators, broken sink, old sheets and many other itens are just in very poor condition. I would rather stay at a Ibis Budget with a lower price and better cleaning/infrastructure and not paid a premium for this Mercure. Also the night shift were very rude and at check out no one was there (10am)

Being in two different rooms in the last 15 days and both had problems with bathroom door closing. Also, for both check-in processes, I did not receive an upgrade and was not offered a welcome drink as it is stated in the benefits for Gold LeClub members. I would rather stay in an Ibis hotel when I'm back to Recife because Mercure Navegantes hotel does not deserve to hold the Mercure name anymore.

My opinion is it does not! I had some issues such as, old toels, bathroom linking and very dark and dirty look, air conditioner out of order and apparently its filter hasn't been cleaned for ages. I'm allergic and got sick because of it. The property has an excelent location but a renovation is urgently needed! The cafeteria is extremely poor and looks dirty. I'll never get back and I'll let all my friends and social media friends know to avoid this hotel.

Despite the renovation in rooms with new furniture - nice, by the way - services are still poor, with not well trained staff, poor breakfast, horrible car garage (especially downstairs) and with no parking attendant. Sounds funny but as Le Club Gold member I received the famous Welcome Drink, but there is no bar in the hotel!!! First time I saw that. I asked "Well, where can I drink my welcome drink?", and the check-in attendant said "At your room. You can take a water or a soft drink, but not a beer." Really (negative) impressive!

Very close to Boa Viagem beach, next to restaurants and most Recife's touristic sites. I had an issue about my loyalty program and nobody could solve. Except when I talked to manager Igor: he's from Sao Paulo and was the only one who adds professionlism to sympathy. Thanks, Mr. Igor!

Duringmy reservation it was not explained it does not have breakfast. When I confirmed it i did not see any request to do a breakfast reservation. when I arrived I asked for breakfasrt shedule and was inoformedmy reservation did not have it included,,,,As it was apromotion I think it was not explained it dos not have breakfast included...I explained but they showed me small letters information at general reservation conditions link ...I asked for some discount and did not have it ...No swimming pool available due to some repairs outside the hotel, but at webpage information I did not see information about it ...just to think about

the same mistakes that i told last time happens again. a very old room. didnt receive my welcome drink. internet conection failure... a great breakfast and good localization. its seems that nobodys read this report.

The hotel staff is very unpolite and the stay was terrible. I don`t recommend this hotel ever. I believe this hotel is under of a accor quality, but it has a bad management. Is very expensive and the quality is low for the price.
