I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and for 3 of those days there was no hot water. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating, especially since there was very little information provided by the staff. No one offered a real explanation or any kind of alternative or compensation. The lack of initiative to solve the problem or even keep guests informed was unacceptable. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The breaksfast need improvement . Many items is not replaced in short time. Is not lock in the room . Is not duvet in the room. and the elevator was working properly.
