I wasn’t expecting too much having moved from two Accor hotels with unsatisfactory stay before I transferred to this hotel but it exceeded my expectations.

I don’t expect a hotel to charge me for a service or item without notifying me of said charge. I paid in full 6 months before my stay and there was nothing else to pay. I booked direct with Accor and it’s clear on my account, now I have to claim a refund which is time consuming for me and totally unnecessary.

Found the walls to be thin as I was woken by my neighbours alarm going off for 2 hours. Over all great stay. Staff for the most part were friendly and welcoming.

location was nice, near everywhere, but staff are bad, especially staff in breakfast restaurants omg all are not nice, the philipine and chinese guy so terrible. ( maybe they still remember me, i told them why you all so rude, im a customer here). please 🙏 train your employees to be nice to all customers. thanks
