A very comfortable stay with a great shower! Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful, but I would especially like to mention and thank Felipe at reception. He kindly provided me with an adaptor so I could charge my iPhone and also arranged a taxi to the airport. Both gestures really helped take the stress away during what was a very busy schedule I had while in São Paulo.

I have been working in the tourism industry for over 15 years, and I can confidently say that this hotel offers one of the best breakfasts I have ever experienced. The design of the dining area is beautiful, and the option to prepare your own smoothies is a fantastic touch. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a great location next to Ibirapuera Park.
