Lovely staff and very attentive. The rooms were nice, a little tired but it is an older hotel. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The iron in the room we stayed in was horrific, it burnt a black mark into my white shirt and the ironing table was also unbalanced and had to be held by hand to stand up. Besides this they overall experience was wonderful and we would stay again.

At every level the service is excellent. On top of it all, a bag we left behind in the cab that dropped us to the hotel was tracked and the driver was relieved to give it to its owners. All thanks to the hotel staff's efforts too

Beautiful hotel with friendly and welcoming service. The room was perfect, clean and spacious. The restaurants and bar was excellent with a wide variety of options and some wonderful cocktail choices based on the lakes experience. What a view from the hotel over the lake.

Perfect for proximity to the cool stuff in town and just far enough for a good short walk and privacy. Maddie at the front desk was outstanding and attentive. The view was incredible, definitely worth it to get a lakefront balcony.
