The room was huge! We came for skiing and had a car which they helped to park (the carpark isnt large). The whole place was warm, we had amazing views, a lovely kitchenette and a well appointed bathroom. Having the bedroom separate to living area was great for early risers. We found the restaurant food great and they offered us drinks with our accor plus and even after we used the free voucher they offered another free drink of mulled wine one night as a special touch. It was a short 5 min walk to the main area which was easy enough. It is a solid and really well appointed 4.5 star place. The spa was outside which made it a bit hard (so cold outside) but we werent there for the spa tbh

Had a great few days stay. Check in and check out were seamless, the simple comment of welcome back, meant a lot. A beautiful gift left in our room made us feel valued. Room was well appointed, having the option to cook a piece of toast or warm up a quick meal was great. We had breakfast each morning, which was like a well-oiled machine, with freshly cooked eggs and pancakes made to order. Staff were great the whole way through our stay.
