Disappointing

You can’t even provide a small bottle of water. The room is kinda old. Anyway I went to the reception and asked for water, they showed me where to go. I asked a lady if I can have a glass of water, then without telling le she charged me 25 dirhams. It’s not normal that you don’t even provide water in the room. When I said that she said « it’s a 3* bit a 5* ». On so now a small bottle of water in the room is a luxury item ? That’s not normal. I’ll never come back to be honest
