The hotel is okay at best, certainly underwhelming for 5 stars. Beds are fine, but cleanliness is not great. One of our rooms was pretty smelly, fresh glasses in the restaurant were pretty dirty already when served, housekeeping was spotty.

Very nice place. Well kept and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very safe and the food was good! We used a combination of room service and also the restaurant. Both were great. The bar is well stocked. The whole place has a modern European vibe.

The best service ever experienced, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The service was consistent throughout our stay. And I was even shocked when one of the staff helped us with out bags and there was alot. They had little complimentary treats which was endless. The chocolate fountain is a hit, not just for kids for adults to enjoy as well. The view in the dinning area is nice as well. Overall very happy with our stay, its worth every cent. Definitely recommend on staying and Definitely will be back.
