I stay regularly in this hotel for my business trips in the area and everytime the experience is absolutely satisfactory without any problem. The staff is always very polite and available to reply to any customer need. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is various with a good selection of quality products.

A good hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a simple choice, but should suit most people, nice to see a choice of fresh fruit on offer. Close by the centre and accessible to restaurants, bars and shops.

Staying at the Mercure Astoria - Reggio Emilia Centro is a great pleasure. The staff is very courteous and accommodating to my needs. The consistency of the staff there has allowed me to become very comfortable with my international travel from the USA to Italy. I know the staff of this hotel will always be willing to assist me with anything I may have forgotten or need. I have choices for places to stay in the Reggio Emilia area; however, the welcoming feeling I get from the great staff at the Mercure Astoria - Reggio Emilia Centro will keep me coming back there!
