I’m a Gold member and recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On both mornings, around 10:45 a.m., staff started calling my room asking me to check out, even though the official check-out time is 11:00 a.m. It felt very inconvenient. There was also a problem with using my points for the booking. Even though I had booked and confirmed that I wanted to pay with points, they weren’t applied correctly. I had to go to the reception myself, get back the cash difference, and insist that the points be used. On top of that, I lost my Apple Watch during my stay. Its location showed it was still in the hotel. I contacted the receptionist said he had checked the room but couldn’t find it. I sent an email and got no reply, so I had to call several times, but still received no real assistance. Overall, I found the service disappointing. There were multiple issues that should have been handled smoothly.
