Many Technical problems: WLAN did not work properly on all 3 devices I had, key didn‘t open the door, TV freezed in the evening and even the day after was notat least been closed. The floor was not clean. Good location.

We got junior suite accommodation (I suppose an upgrade from Executive room), which was on street side contrary to our expressed wishes, but it was ok and fulfilled our needs, i.e. good sleep and good bathroom. Breakfast was not up to the level of Mercury Bologna which was our previous hotel on the same trip.

My preferred 'go to' hotel in Parma, short work to the city centre, and the most comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. Hotel staff, particularly in the attached restaurant and in the main bar are always there to great you with a smile and ensure you have a great stay.

We arrived on Saturday. We asked the desk for help with the AC. They said they would turn it on at the desk. We complained again on Sunday at noon. They said their colleague would go to the room. When we returned, the AC was still not working. We also asked about bottled water. They said our room didn’t offer water but they would fill my water bottle. We have been your guests for at least 4 stays. No one ever acknowledged that. The breakfast was fine. The ladies were nice. The room was clean. We were not offered an upgrade.
