This is a nice hotel. An American will like it as it has many of the amenities. Nice welcoming bar and restrauart.

This is our second stay at Novotel Parma Centro. It is a 10 minute walk to the very centre of town with lots of nice cafes nearby. It was October so unfortunately too cold for the outdoor pool, but would love to visit in warmer months to take advantage. Onsite parking with big spaces and electric charge points a plus also. The staff are friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed some refreshments at the bar which is also reasonably priced for local wines. We took advantage of the 12pm check in to sleep longer so missed breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Parma.
