hotel in a good location, close to the center, check-in too long in an inconvenient place. Polite staff and nice rooms, the breakfast to be in the homeland with good Italian cuisine... it doesn't seem very good to me. I didn't have time to use the pool, I liked the wooden card keys.

Wonderful hotel, clean modern rooms great service , convenient on site parking and delicious breakfast. Visited Parma for few days and stayed at Novotel centro as a couple in vacation. Enjoyed very much also got a voucher for free drinks at the hotel bar.

The hotel is in an excellent location directly opposite the train/bus station and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Lovely small terrace pool and sitting area. Bar area. restaurant and foyer comfortable and relaxing. Found all members of staff to be very friendly and helpful. A very well run hotel in every way and would definitely use this hotel again
