Frequent traveller to Parma. As a All platinum member I decided to try the Novotel. Issues with our first room. AC worked very poorly. Garbage on top of the closet. Changed room, airconditioning worked moderately better but not great by any means. We also had multiple crickets in our room even if we did not open the windows. Pool was very busy and the feet rinse bowels at the pool entrance was very dirty. In general the hotel had stains on carpets in the hallways and quite a few maintenance issues. Rooms were moderatelely dirty with hairballs. Hotel needs to improve its quality control. Very nice staff who did their best to rectify the issues.
