We had another fabulous experience staying at Novotel Bali Benoa. We were welcomed by so many of your beautiful staff. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the COVID 19. We could not fault any of your staff they were all wonderful. A special thank you to Mrs Rame and her staff at InBalance Spa. A big thank you to Weri & Mudi who always looks after us when we are using the SPA. They are both very professional and magnificent at their jobs. To all the staff at Coco's Beach restaurant & Bar, they were Komplir, Martini, Winda, Wisnu & Astana thank you all. We would also like to thank 2 ladies at Reception I think their names were Pareati and Nanda, I do apologise if that is incorrectly spelt. They worked so hard to change our flights for us so quickly, thank you both they would know who they are. Also a big thank you to Gung Srix who always goes out of her way to help in any way she can. Not forgetting Wayan Omelette Lady, thank you for the best omelettes and eggs & not forgetting her beautiful smile every morning.

We arrived at a very difficult time, during the coronavirus pandemic. The staff at the Novotel Benoa were great, they helped us with our friends booking to reschedule as they couldn't come because of the Australian Govt warning. Seni one of the managers was especially helpful.

Slow check in process, worst Massage ever, Our private pool is so dirty, too many mosquitoes and spider webs, TV channels are not clear. The worst and very embarrassing part is when the waitress services approached me when i'm eating my breakfast telling me that my room was not include breakfast in front of my guest... I asked her to double check, after a while she came back and apologize. The problem is why she didn't even double check first? During our stay, we never even able to taste at least 1 delicious food... its seems like the chef didn't even care about it... I ordered a soto soup which is cold served? We really have no choice but to order room service due to Nyepi Day... To be honest, this hotel staff are very helpful and polite, but due to above mentioned issue, this will be our first and also the last stay in this hotel.

While it was short due to corona virus. For a top end room 2 bottles of water a day is poor for a hotel in Asia standard. Out door bath wash not clean and able to be used. The decking I felt I was going to fall trough. The lack of upgrade as a gold member in a empty hotel. Is my membership even worth anything. To be given a half hour massage as a replacement for the upgrade I’m am very disappointed. Would not recommend or wish to stay at this resort again.

Stayed a week in a beautiful cabana on the beach with the most amazing sunrise view. Good view of Gg Agung in the distance and on a clear morning even Rinjani in Lombok. Enjoyed the stay just relaxing and walking along the beach.

The Novotel Benoa was the last of 3 Accor hotels we stayed in our latest Bali trip and was thankful it was. This was a trying time due to the Coronavirus and the staff at the Novotel Benoa made our shorten stay very relaxing and minimised the stress. We were offered an upgrade that we great fully accepted. This was all done with a minimum of fuss. The staff were always very friendly even though I am certain they were themselves under stress due to the rapidly falling tourists numbers. The hotel is located over a vast area with three pools and a beach front bar. On two nights we had dinner on the beach which was amazing. The breakfast was in an area overlooking the pool and beach. We thank the Novotel Benoa for allowing us credit for the nights we had paid for that we unable to stay due to being required to leave early as flights were being stopped to get home. We loved this hotel and the staff so will certainly be back as soon as we can.

Had a very brief stay here on 18, 19 March when we could not take up an 8 day Scoopon deal because of the requirement for all Australians to return home as soon as possible. Through the efforts of Celia, Customer Service Officer and Devi, Room Division Manager, we were able to gain agreement that the package deal could be deferred until later after COVID danger passes, although formalising this through Scoopon has been difficult and remains unresolved as yet. The hotel even emailed Scoopon on our behalf. It was our 10th visit to the hotel and we are very keen to come back for the full deal. Devi and Celia were so supportive in a difficult time and it was lovely to be greeted by so many familiar smiling staff members; Wayan who makes the best breakfast omelettes, the Pool Manager whose tricky name always slips past us friendly and welcoming as usual, the barman at CoCo's who makes outstanding strawberry mojitos, the wonderful wait staff, and pretty much everybody. Thank you. Our room, this time an oceanside bungalow, was excellent including cleaning and turndown service, the pools and gardens always lovely, CoCo's ambience and food so nice and reclaiming of the beach that had previously been eroded has now been concluded to a most attractive standard. We stay in many places in Bali and the Novotel remains one of our very favourite not just in Bali, but in the world. Devi and all staff did so much to make us more comfortable and reassured in very tense times and we sincerely hope for all matters to be resolved so we can return for longer holiday as soon as we can. Our best wishes go to all at the Novotel in what will be trying times for them too.

A had a really nice stay. Great package deal for a few nights and then added a couple of extra nights, I had to change rooms due to separate bookings. The property is a bit tired but the location is good.

We have a wonderful short stay at the Novotel My husband was thoroughly spoiled by all the wonderful staff at the resort. The facilities at the resort are brilliant but it is the staff that make the resort what it is. They are warm,friendly and extremely efficient. A special mention to Devi who often went above and beyond and also Wayan at the omelette station who works tirelessly

spent 8 nights here in March 2020. Beautiful resort. Recommend staying in the tropical terraces on the beach side. easy pool access and beach access from there.

In general our stay was average. About 10 times our request on the phone to Housekeeping/ Room service were misinterpreted. The person in the phone, I believe was not able to comprehend the request correctly and translate it to staff. Cocktails were cheap, so was the quality. There is no easy was to step into the Peninda pool of you don’t know swimming. It is bizarre there are no steps in the end where it is 1.4 mts. There were so many people who circled the pool many times to figure out, how to get in. We had to request for towels, coffee cups and glasses as none of them when removed by house keeping were replaced. I found this very frustrating. Breakfast was good. We had two complementary massages and I exercised it only towards the end is the stay. I had already had a few massages, but the best massage was in Novotel. You can tell the masseuse was a well trained professional. Staff were ver accommodating in providing extra plates and cutlery. We also had to constantly ask for more water. We were provided 3x200ml for a day for 2 adults and kids. We needed up buying from outside.
