We stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa for 3 nights as a family of five and had an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is perfectly set up for families — our kids especially loved the dedicated kids pool and the vibrant kids club, which gave us some time to relax while they had their own adventures. One of the most magnificent features of this hotel is its private beach — peaceful, clean, and just steps away from the resort. It really gave our stay that extra tropical charm. The food and drinks were enjoyable and reasonably priced. While the overall quality was good, we do feel there’s room for improvement in terms of variety and consistency of food offerings. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Aditiya, who went above and beyond by waiving our late check-out fee — a generous gesture that saved us around $100 AUD and truly left a lasting impression. Overall, Novotel Bali Benoa offers great value and warm hospitality in a beautiful beachfront setting. We’d definitely consider coming back for another family escape.

reservations team needs to listen to what the clients want to book as when we arrived we didn't get what we had asked for. Reception need to be retrained the way they say things to the clients. We had dinner the first night at the hotel. My partner had his drink split all over his legs and had to sit in it until we finished. They did offer to move us to another table and I had to ask the staff to replace the drink. very disappointing. Overall we felt like we were being watched the whole which recked our holiday.

The hard bed was very comfortable and the pillows were delightful to sleep on! However my family and I are a group of 4 and there was only the large bed and a small single bed we didn’t want three people sleeping on one bed as it was very hot and uncomfortable. The room was pretty small but it was very much nice place and worth visiting! When there was thunder and lighting one night it was very horrible and the fire alarm went off it was frightening but one of the ladies in another hotel room had called the reception and said that it only went off because of the heavy rain and thunder. A very frighting and unpleasant experience for me and my family! The fire alarm went off from 5:00am till 7:40am. Overall, the hotel was a nice place and I defiantly recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay at Novotel Bali Benoa, truly one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Every team member, from receptionists and restaurant staff to gardeners and bellboys... was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We stayed in a spacious family suite, which was ideal for our family of five. It featured two large bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a generous living area, and plenty of storage. The private outdoor space, complete with an outdoor shower, was a lovely bonus. The entire resort was spotless, from the rooms to the beautifully maintained grounds. Despite some wet weather, everything felt fresh and clean, with no damp smells or discomfort. The beds were comfortable and the linens impeccably clean. The atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and relaxing. We felt completely at ease letting our young children explore and play freely, which made a huge difference to our experience. The beachfront swimming pool was another highlight: clean, perfectly tempered, and offering stunning ocean views. It quickly became our kids' favorite afternoon spot. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes and dietary needs. The resort’s beachfront restaurant also served up tasty meals, with a great kids’ menu and nightly entertainment including music and traditional dance performances - an added delight while dining. The kids’ club was a game-changer. Our three children couldn’t get enough of the activities, and the staff were so attentive they even took the kids to lunch, giving us a rare and much appreciated moment to relax as a couple. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Novotel Bali Benoa exceeded our expectations in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to families traveling with young children. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!
