The Novotel Benoa is an excellent place to experience a quiet, restful holiday. Benoa is a quieter area, and the hotel is very Balinese in the feel of the place. Individual accomodation is well set up in very leafy garden settings. Excellent facilities and the beach is easily accessed. A great beachside pool (which was under renovation during our stay) Two other pools are available as well. Excellent, helpful staff made this a great holiday. We will return.

We had spent 02 nights in this beautiful property during our last leg of Bali trip. Location Conveniently located about a 30-minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes from the Bali Collection shopping center of Nusa Dua, the resort offers a peaceful escape. The resort’s colonial-style architecture, with its wooden pillars and vintage fans, creates a charming ambiance. Spread across a vast area, Facility Spread across a large area, it offers a variety of activities, from relaxing by the pool to engaging in water sports. The resort is divided into two wings. Main wing where the reception is located has a spa, bar area, restaurants, pool, chalets, access to the beach, spa, souvenir shops, 24/7 gym. House wing, which includes other types of rooms along with a pool. Rooms We stayed in a deluxe room which was well done, spacious, included a private garden and had all the essential amenities. Service The people are courteous, always smiling and ready to help with any queries you may have. Special thanks to Dewi, for accommodating our request for late checkout and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, this resort is an ideal destination to unwind and recharge

The hotel was undergoing major renovation while we were there. They offered drinks and canapes every day to make up for it but some advance notice prior to arriving (ideally when booking) would have been better.

Better hospitality and maintenance of property is needed

I wouldn’t recommend the property if you’re expecting a 5 star property. The hospitality wasn’t up to the mark, they say they offer 24/7 room service except they don’t answer when you call. You have to remind them to deliver things you asked for repeatedly. Not a lot of options available in room service if you’re a vegetarian, most things they mentioned in the menu weren’t available. Example- the only thing available in desserts was fruits. Even the service during breakfast wasn’t as expected considering it’s a luxury property. Although the tropical rooms were nice, pool view rooms are not worth it at all. Even in the tropical ones, the shampoo bottles were broken.

Rooms are good, aircon is working real well. Also I have had good experience with the Kitchen Chef and management of the overall food provision to the tourists. It is very important that food and how it is served because having international tourists requires the very high concentration on the variety of the food and both, Chef and the manager have listened and asked questions of how it can be maintained at the highest possible level. This kind of customer focus is impressive.
