It was realxing and professional. I feel myself very great. After the massage I feel my self like a new person. I got a back massage, arm and face, had and chest. It seems they feel my problems and concantrate on them during the massage. Thank you

This was my first time staying at Novotel Bali Benoa, and it was an amazing experience during my time in Bali. We even had the opportunity to join their Christmas lighting ceremony, which was truly amazing. They have a very beautiful Christmas tree created by their in-house artist, and it is incredibly authentic.

The staff truly made this place a gem

I had a wonderful experience here. There were three staff members I really wanted to thank: Budi at the entrance, and Nanda and Parwati who checked me in and out. All three were so helpful and unbelievably warm throughout my stay. They helped make my stay so memorable and truly left a lasting impression on me. As for the hotel itself, I enjoyed myself thoroughly, but as a five-star hotel, there were several things that I was a little disappointed with, primarily because they were things that I thought were standard offerings at five-star hotels. For example, the hotel guest rooms didn't give any: -lotion (I specifically didn't bring any lotion, totally assuming the hotel would give this to their guests.) -smaller face or hand towels, despite there being racks and small spaces for them -coffee of any sort, even instant coffee -minibar (there was a fridge, but no drinks in it, and neither was there any snacks for purchase in the room) -centralized air conditioner, and instead, just a wall unit -no complimentary water or water dispenser at the swimming pool. This one was quite annoying to me, considering how much time people spend being sunburnt at their pool. Other points that needed improvement: -At least one other room had a strong smell of mold. Clearly, some rooms were better maintained than others. -Rainwater during storms would collect in front of my door and then gradually spill into the room because of a dip in the floor. Thankfully, it would dry by the morning, but if it was a more sustained storm, I'm sure the water could easily seep deeper into the room. (My room was 658, in case management is reading this.) -Wifi was out for an entire night, while cable TV was on and off almost every night. It had to do with the rain, so I don't know if this is a common problem with even five-star hotels in Bali, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. -Other than breakfast, I tried their restaurant's food once, and to be honest, I was quite disappointed. Very overcooked and overpriced fish. Unfortunately, it made me decide I'd be better off eating somewhere else. Some good stuff about the hotel: -Strong water pressure and hot water -Really clean-smelling towels -Gorgeous pool -Clean and tastefully decorated rooms and balconies -Rooms were impeccably and respectfully cleaned every day. I even accidentally left my wallet in the room, which I usually try to avoid in any country, but it was still there when I came back. -Breakfast was wonderful. Amazing coffee and omelettes. Only thing is, I was sad with the lack of Indonesian warm dishes. There was basically mie goreng and nasi goreng every morning, and then one other warm dish. It was always good, but I always wanted more. Nonetheless, I enjoyed having breakfast with the ocean view very much. Most of all, it was the staff that made the experience with the property so memorable. I came to really understand what Balinese hospitality is all about. They were extraordinarily kind, willing to go out of their way to go above and beyond, always with the warmest smile. Overall, it was a great place to come back to after a day of exploration. I remember my evenings to always be so cozy and wonderful, especially with the rainy season bringing tropical showers in the evenings. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

A slice of heaven, in paradise.

I’ve stayed in many different places around Bali, particularly in Nusa Dua, but once I discovered the Novotel Bali Benoa, I simply couldn’t stay anywhere else. This resort is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever experienced! My favorite accommodation is the Tropical Terrace Suite. These suites are stunning, beautifully designed, and incredibly private. With no neighbors above you, you can truly enjoy your own peaceful retreat. The private garden sitting area is a delightful touch, and it leads directly to a pathway that takes you to the resort’s private beach—a true slice of paradise. The room itself is enormous, as is the bathroom. The bed and pillows are hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom is a luxurious oasis, featuring a generously sized rain shower and a freestanding bathtub that’s perfectly positioned for a spa-like experience. The resort offers three swimming pools, restaurants and bars - the food is exceptional. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely make you feel at home. I couldn’t recommend this resort highly enough—it’s a hidden gem in Bali. I stayed here for four weeks, but I could have easily stayed four months! Nusa Dua is my favorite area in Bali because it’s away from the hustle and bustle, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re traveling as a family, a couple, or even solo (like I was), the Novotel Bali Benoa is the ideal place to unwind and rejuvenate.

As a return guest to this resort for more than a decade, I am always greeted by warm smiles from familiar faces in this beautiful Balinese resort that retains its local charm with creature comfort. Thanks to Maya, Parwati, Komang and the rest from Front Office team as well as my go-to spa team led by Rame. Both of my massage treatments this time was by Wartini and I was left feeling refreshed and relaxed after each massage. See you guys again!
