We spent 3 nights here as a family after being in a villa in Seminyak. We booked a family room so that the kids and parents were not sharing the same space and it was great for us. The room could do with a coat of paint and the bathroom shower some grouting, but otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel, breakfast was plentiful and there were plenty of sun loungers. We went to Bali Collection one night and ate off premises the other night.

Great hotel bad food in the evening restaurant and services

We stayed for ten days, the service was great and the breakfast offering was fantastic. The room service menu and cocos restaurant were well under par and terribly overpriced. As a Platinum member I did not receive any extra service or welcoming.

The hotel is ok. The pools are nice but the rooms are run down and lacking !! No mini bar, no hand towels or face washers the soap was the same as the shampoo and conditioner. 90% of the staff weren’t friendly . $9.50 for two scoops of ice-cream (really?) very average service you have to track people down to get a drink, The manager walks around like the king , talking loudly on his mobile phone and barking orders at staff. Noooo we’re not impressed !!! The beach isn’t really beach access …. Worst beach on the strip …. Don’t be fooled you can do better in nusa dua and it ain’t in this hotel !

The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with a wide selection of international and local dishes. The hotel's restaurants offer outstanding dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing. Particularly noteworthy is the beachside dinner, which stands out not only for the quality of the food but also for its romantic atmosphere. Service: The service at Novotel Bali Benoa is exemplary. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Every wish is almost anticipated. I especially want to highlight the worker Astari, who personally took care of our well-being and always had an open ear for our concerns. Her hospitality made our stay truly special. Cleanliness: The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impressive. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, and the public areas are always well-maintained and clean. This significantly contributes to the pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Location: The location of Novotel Bali Benoa is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but is in close proximity to various attractions and the beautiful Places. Amenities: The hotel offers a variety of amenities that make the stay even more comfortable. The spacious rooms are modern and stylishly furnished, equipped with all necessary amenities. The fitness room is well-equipped, and there is an extensive wellness program that leaves nothing to be desired. Pool Area: The pool area is a real highlight of the hotel. The large pool landscape with a beautiful view of the surrounding tropical gardens invites you to relax. There are plenty of loungers and shaded areas, making it easy to spend the entire day by the pool.
