This has been one of my favorite hotels in Bali. It is wonderfully located on a beach. Staff are very professional and friendly. I greatly appreciated the upgrade. The only problem was mosquitoes in my room (I do understand how difficult it is for the room service to deal with it).

I love the Novotel Benoa, it's pretty much my favourite Bali hotel to stay at - my only problem this time was (& it was entirely my fault) I booked in a hurry & booked on the Garden side not the Beach side - fortunately they gave me a pool access room on the Garden side but it's not as quiet as staying on the beach side & the hotel was fully booked so not really any movement possible but I parked myself on a day bed early on the Beach side & all was right with the world.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment after a day of activities. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to suit various tastes, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. We also enjoyed a lovely Balinese dinner, with delicious food and a nice cultural touch. For a few days, we booked a beachfront villa, which was beautiful and had a great location right by the sea. A special mention to Gang Sri at the reception, who provided excellent assistance with the booking and ensured everything went smoothly. Thanks to her, we had a memorable time there. The spa facilities were also good, providing a peaceful atmosphere and relaxing treatments. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
