The staff was amazing, front desk and breakfast staff. I really felt taken care of and safe. Taxi order to the airport with take out breakfast including warm patisseries was reliable and on time in the core early early morning. Room was very comfortable, with patio looking out room tops of Paris style. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety for all appetites.

Staff were lovely. 3 issues overall with the suite we were in: - The windows were not very isolated sound-wise, the loud noise in the street kept my partner awake until really late (after midnight) when the street got less busy - The air-con would not go lower than 21 degrees and didn't seem great at maintaining that temperature, it was quite hot during the night. - Faulty light in the bathroom which flickered non-stop, we warned staff as we left in the morning. Other than these issues, the stay was enjoyable and as I said staff were lovely.

Stayed here as a silver allAccor member for the 4th or 5th time ( last was March 23) but was welcomed with a ‘1st timers ‘ gift of mallows . Had booked a superior room so did get all the amenities BUT the room was ok but with little shelving and NO space in the bathroom to keep toilet bags etc . The hairdryer wouldn’t stretch to the mirror. No converntional cereals only muesli nuts seeds etc . And it felt half finished /half empty at 9.30 when advertised till 10. The bed and its pillows were also rock hard - very uncomfortable Little things only but kinda niggling
