Stayed here two nights with a girlfriend. Had an exceptional experience. Ate most of meals here too and everything was fresh and delicious! Room was lovely and beds were super comfortable!!! Several associates stood out - but really everyone was amazing. And THE ART there was gorgeous, there’s a very special tapestry piece hanging in a room off to the left of the lobby. THAT piece should be in a far more prominent location. It’s worth stopping in just to see it!!! Employees who were absolutely incredible include: Danna Paola in housekeeping, Andrea at the front desk, Jesus Lopez at the customer service desk and Arturo Cardozo the duty manager. Thank you all for an exceptional visit!!!!

The hotel is a gorgeous oasis to relax in after exploring the beautiful old town. The food was amazing and the staff could not have been more helpful and professional. I would go back to Cartagena just to stay in this hotel. It's also great for families.

The service people were not attentive for things like the finished food, so we get empty dishes for almost the whole session, didn’t offer bread at the opening, the tables were dirty when we get seated at the restaurant or the pool, etc. The quality of the food and beverages is not up to par for a luxury hotel
