Regarding the pricing of our beverages, we understand your concerns and apologize for any frustration caused. We strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the quality and service standards that our guests expect. We are also sorry to hear about the issues with the air conditioning in your rooms. Maintaining a comfortable environment for our guests is our top priority, therefore kindly not hesitate to contact our reception next time while in house for any assistance you may require. Moreover, we would like to assure you that Air Condition in our various room often works correctling, it is just a matter of setting and ajusting. The rest of the content was well noted as well regarding the bucket of ice, we undanstand this could be a misunderstanding as we spontenuously put at disposal glass of ice as soon as guest get a drink and as needed. We value your feedback as it helps us to continually improve our services.
