Well located hotel In Cotonou. Room and premises are clean, however in all places cigarette smoke is noticeable that includes in the air condition system. Please arrange a separate smoking area for smokers or tell to your customers smoking is not allowed. We’re not in the 80’s!

As Platinum Member 30…3871 8 I felt like mistreated by your Reception Staff. At check-in I explained I could not book by Logging In with my email address. Instead I marked in the comments section my Platinum status with the number. At check-in I presented my card. During booking I was referred to a cost of Euro 191 with Member discount 10% for Euro 171. At check-out the Lady in Charge refused to give the discount as I should have informed at Check-In. I refused to argue with unreasonable Staff but feel very much mistreated. If this is the way Accor Hotels train their staff for Euro 20 on an exorbitant night charge of Euro 171 already I am sorry for company's policies. Especially since my colleagues via Schiphol Travel paid Euro 152. Thank you for your attention and lack of service towards Platinum Members. Kind regards. Frans T.

Loved the 5 day long stay so far. Open bathroom design is not my favorite. Some issue with the AC bothered me a bit. No pizza at the restaurant was a surprise, but the breakfast is fine and the rest of the menu is good
