Experience good. But hotel amenities in the room not matching the cost. Atleast I expected like an emergency kit of toothpaste, toothbrush, two bottles of water and not one, shower cap, the basics that is I see all hotels I go to, this was my first to see without. Otherwise your staff are superb!

I am a guest of the hotel and I have been going there regularly on average once every two months for more than 3 years. Despite my platinum status, I have never benefited from any advantage such as a well-placed room or even indoor convenience (iron or espresso coffee machine). And when I send an email for a reservation no one responds despite my reminders.
