Gave a higher rating a few years ago but the hotel quality has gone down a notch. Check in is not smooth, AC is not cold by US standards and room is starting to look old overall, plus you get mosquitoes in the room too… food is good and gym is good though, it’s just an average spot at this point

The hotel is beautiful but the drink prices for a beer are 3x to 4x more expensive than just going down the street to a restaurant. My fellow colleagues and I would prefer to stay here and have some drinks but it doesn’t make sense to pay such a high price. Both our rooms didn’t have operational air conditioning the first stay. I also went down to the lobby to get a bucket of ice and the staff wouldn’t get me a bucket. They just gave a glass of ice. It was a little frustrating especially paying $90,000/night and not being able to get ice.

Maintaining a comfortable environment for our guests is our top priority, therefore kindly not hesitate to contact our reception next time while in house for any assistance you may require. Moreover, we would like to assure you that Air Condition in our various room often works correctling, it is just a matter of setting and ajusting. The rest of the content was well noted as well regarding the bucket of ice, we undanstand this could be a misunderstanding as we spontenuously put at disposal glass of ice as soon as guest get a drink and as needed. We value your feedback as it helps us to continually improve our services.
