We chose Mt Lofty House for its location, award winning restaurant and great reputation. Even knowing all that, our 3 night stay really exceeded our expectations. Wonderful, professional staff, a beautiful and lovingly cared for country house, very comfortable rooms and absolutely delicious meals. We barely left the property and returned home well-rested and nourished in every sense.

Fantastic experience! From the time we entered Mount Lofty house, we experienced perfect service and a wonderful experienc! Food at Hardys was certainly an experience! I tasted food I have never tasted before! Room was spacious and a beautiful view. History tour was exceptional, presented by Christopher - fantastic!

Our stay for a Winter Getaway was perfect from the checkin to the service & food. We stayed two nights which was perfect & close to Handoorf & surrounding wineries to explore. On our next visit we plan to visit the Verandah restaurant which looked amazing

It is expensive, but it is an amazing experience in stunning surroundings. The Welcome & History Tour with Christopher is an absolute must! The 7 course degustation at Hardy's Verandah is delightful.. hard to fault anything!
