arrived late at around 21:30 and needed to leave at 05:00. The hotel had upgraded us to an executive room which was lovely - especially handy having the fresh water fountains too! They kindly packed us a take away breakfast as we were departing before the start of breakfast. All in all a 10/10 stay - highly recommend

Stayed there over Christmas with our son. Had a room with a sofa bed which made the room a bit tight but manageable. Disappointing that the accor membership isn't recognized as we didnt receive discount on food or drinks during our stay. Overall a nice hotel, thought the food in the dining room was ok nothing special. Only ate there once apart from New Years eve which was very busy. Taking 2 hours for mains.

We booked a room for New Years Eve and requested a room with a view which after numerous emails and phone call's to and fro we knew was possible but could not be guaranteed but surely if all these rooms had gone when we booked we could have been informed of this? Check in was smooth and easy and the lobby area was lovely but unfortunately that's where it ended. We had a superior room but the room itself was small and cramped and no better than what you get at a Premier Inn for a fraction of the cost i found it to be way overpriced for what we got. We ate in the hotels restaurant and had to wait an hour and 10 minutes after placing our order before food arrived. Overall really not happy with my stay here for the amount of money we spent and would definitely not stay here again.
