From start to finish. Arrived and the line up was long with only one person checking in. Took ages for check in. Then the room was terrible. I have seen backpackers rooms better than this. The dodgy fixups in the room was just bad. Then the check out again only one person checking people out.

Mould in the bathroom, Room wasn't made up, very noisey with everyone slamming doors at all hours

From the moment you walk in - the service standards are bad. Right through to the room which was leaking in the bathroom, chipped walls and table, stained floors and broken appliances such as the ironing board. The place is the pits. I paid over $300 for one night which was a complete rip off. Will never stay here again.
