we had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Our room had a harbor view. The included breakfast was excellent. The room was large and clean. In the afternoons, they had a chocolate hour reception and that was fun. The hotel is in a good location in the CBD and we easily walked to the harbor and the restaurants. We didn't have a car, so can't speak to any parking issues. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Visit did not start well when I could not get to my room on Level 5 using the lift. It refused to go further than level 2 (when someone got on from Level 2 to go down). It was only that person who told me I had to use my room card to go the level I wanted. I was not provided that information at check-in and caused a lot of unnecessary stress when I was on a time limit to get to my room to change for a business event. The room itself was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, however the pillows were terrible! They gave me a bad headache, which kept me awake most of the night. I went up to level 13 in the morning for breakfast (still with a bad headache). Based on the amazing variety provided and the food I did get to taste, it would be one of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever been too. I was just so gutted I didn't get to enjoy it, or be able to taste more as everything looked great! The hot food was the best buffet I have ever tasted and would love to come back just for breakfast to enjoy it properly.
