Loved the ocean view however the fan/air con was very weak and the sink drain in the bathroom wasn't great.

Overall experience was good but guy met us on reception on check-in was bit rude. Only gave a spoon of icecream and when I said is that it then said have some patience and asked if we are from UK? Not sure if he for some oreassumptions about UK people.

Stay was nice, kids enjoyed free ice cream and chocolate. Room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly. We had room 313, we stayed Saturday night, unfortunately our lovely experience was thwarted by Saturday night revelers which woke us early hours of the morning and continued throughout the night. In hindsight we would've been better off higher or on the other side of the hotel as the noise was very loud. Lesson learned. Additionally, it was disappointing that we couldn't get to watch any movies as there was no Netflix, Disney or other SVOD's available other than TV.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure your city stay is perfect. The location is so good for shopping, bars and restaurants.
