Wonderful Stay celebrating our sons birthday. Chocolate hour was an absolute hit. The bar and restaurant were great, all staff are friendly. Our room had a stunning view, bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back.

The location is great and the hotel was good but it was a bit noisy during our stay, particularly late evening. Not great for our last night before very long haul flights the next day.

Overall a wonderful experience. Extremely well-located hotel; I appreciated the room allocation with a wonderful view from Level 9 (room 915). The room was very clean, well-presented, and well-stocked on arrival. Check-in was easy, and services were well explained. As I was travelling with my elderly mum, it would have been nice to have some help with the luggage up to the room. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, with options to cater for preferences as well as requirements. The views from level 13 were amazing! The room was serviced daily, cleaned, and the beds nicely made, although coffee capsules were not replaced, nor were some bathroom amenities like cotton buds. A bathroom exhaust fan would be very useful, given the lack of ventilation and the steam after having a shower.
