Our beds was very basic. Not a full proper single mattress but felt there was a foam padding on the top of a thin mattress. Rooms are small. Two single beds had not much space between them. Very basic room with no kettle. Please provide kettle and even two complimentary water bottles in all rooms silly much to ask for. We arrived during a heatwave in late September and had to purchase water from outside. I appreciated that water was available from reception bar but not everyone liked the taste of cinammon in their water. Fresh fruits and cucumbers in a water jug is fine! There is only ONE iron available in this hotel and the fact we had to borrow it and return it within a specific time was quite hilarious. Perhaps the hotel can invest in more than one iron. The breakfast buffet is poorly offered. There are no scrambled eggs and even sausages. No proper fruits ie banana, apples, pears or local fruits to entice new guests to Portugal. Cut up fruits in a bowl doesn't quite do it. Some paintings and work was going on during our stay which didnt offer a welcoming sight. The reception didn't offer to promote their lunch or dinner offerings (if there was one). Only pros I will offer is hotel is accessible by Ubers and taxis, and is centrally located to town. I probably won't return in the future. A word of recommendation must go to housekeeping for doing such a good clean up in our rooms. Even when they were cleaning in other rooms, there were quiet, not noisy and always welcoming with smiles and greetings.

Great location and wonderful staff. We would have scored a 10 but there is nowhere inside the hotel to sit with our dog. We wanted a meal & it was too hot to sit outside. Other Ibis hotels have somewhere inside to have a meal or drink when travelling with a pet.

The hote;l was reasonably priced but looked tired and had building works ongoing. The underground car par exit barrier was not working. The breakfast was rather poor for a vegetarian. No drinking water in the room and they did not have an ironing board upon request.

Not by fault of staff, but insulation of the rooms is not sound proof enough sadly, sleep was interupted by noisey neighbours at 3.30am. Other than that disturbance, room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is really well located, just a 10min walk to the center of Evora. It has an underground parking (€20/day) which is very convenient if you go to Evora in the hot days. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was of a fair size.

Just about everything is acceptable, but nothing special, while not at all cheap. Breakfast is disappointing without any eye for detail or charm.

The hotel is generally run down and not very clean. It is not up to The standards of other Ibis hotels where we have stayed. The water on the shower would unexpectedly fluctuate temperature from very cold to very hot without warning.
