Everything went smoothly. A very friendly hotel personnel. A good night sleep. The only downside was that you have to bring the breakfast trail yourself to the room. And that is not easy. At least the staff was always ready to help (call the elevator and open the room door). Nice and free parking. A good experience for a budget hotel. I even got a congratulations cake since was my birthday.

Stay really appreciated mostly for the kindness of the staff and the comfort of the bed. City centre very close to the hotel, 5-10 minutes by walk and good the breakfast also with pancakes. I definitely recommend this hotel.

All was well except NO A/C! How can that possibly work in the summer? Staying on 18th November we slept with the window FULLY open and we were still far too hot. The rooms aren’t big so they must be unbearable in the summer.

A very friendly helpful greeting on arrival. Everywhere was very clean, which is extra important right now. The bed was a generous size and very comfortable. The hotel felt a little dated, but other than that it was perfect.

Checked in..saw room with mold and smell...found another hotel...checked out!

Unfortunately we found a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and even on the bed ... inside the sheets. The air conditioning only blew hot air so it was always off. The breakfast, although simple, was delicious and everything was fresh. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is well located just on the outskirts of the centre of Évora. The hotel and the rooms are clean. Our room was a dog friendly one and it was adequate And comfortable for our needs. The bed was lovely. Reception and bar staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a good night stay.

Great location and confortable acomodations. You can walk anywhere in the old town whithin a few minutes. The underground parking is a little tight, so be carefull if you drive a big car, but it's cheap.

From start to finish I had a terrible experience at Ibis Evora. On arrival I had to wait at Reception because there was only one person attending reception. My room was terrible, never felt so caged in in my life. Facilities were poor. Exiting the hotel was a nightmare, couldn't get out of the car park and had to go to reception before I could get out. All I got was Sorry. I realize the cost of the room was low but it should have been free for all the service I got.

The hotel is simple but comfortable, functional and clean. Wifi worked very well too. The only annoying point for me, was not having sufficient free parking and beeing forced to pay for the extra parking, if I wanted to have the car within the hotel property.

Every time I go to Evora I stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, ample parking, great location (near the walls of Evora), good breakfast (staff always replenishing the products), fair price. Great cost benefit
