I stay in your hotel around 6x per year and I have been coming for the past 20 years now. I am ALL Platinum. On my last two visits, I have not received a room upgrade, even though better rooms have been available. Only when I have asked why I have not been upgraded, the receptionist has found a better room for me. I was under the impression that these things would happen automatically when I book from my profile on all.com As mentioned I have been coming in your hotel for many years now. And while the interior was nice and fresh when I started coming, I think it is time for an upgrade now. Floor lists are peeling in the bath rooms, even in the suites. In my junior suite this time one of the door hinges was coming out of the wall. The coffee machine didn't work. Etc. etc. Small things, but they add up... Why have you started charging for parking in the garage? It has been free for almost 20 years and it should remain so. Or at least make free parking a perk for your ALL status customers (Gold and up or Platinum and up). It will cost you nothing but be seen as a very nice gesture by the customer. All your staff are great people, but on my last many visits I have not seen the lady who used to be in the bar for many years, and who I always used to have a chat with as I enjoyed my Welcome Drink. I choose the hotel because it was near where I was going to attend meetings. However, the hotel's proximity to public transport and Volkspark is turned out to be great advantages as well. The area is also very quiet at night, helping in relaxing after a long day. Will definitely stay there again.

The restaurant staff is not very friendly, with the prices given, the bathroom equipment is not complete (toothbrush & Body Lotion).
