Good value for money. The rooms are small but have everything you need and very clean. The breakfast was very poor. The pool was nice and big enough for all guests. Would recommend if you're on a budget.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful, and accomodating. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The check out time is later than a lot of hotels and it was super helpful.

I stay frequently, not one of the best this time. I arrived approximately at 7pm, no staff visible, one appeared from the kitchen area, couldn't book me in , said I'd have to wait 25 minutes as receptionist was on break, I said I'd pre booked in I just needed my room key & this was not satisfactory, eventually she wandered out , clearly eating, asked for my id, I said this was not required as I had completed everything & also an Accor member. This lady is not a good example for yourselves.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly, and although there was occasionally a slight shortage of English-speaking service staff, whatever was lacking in language skills was more than made up for by their attentiveness and kindness."

Very uncomfortable room, dry air and airco which didn't work properly. We didn't sleep at all. Very stuffy air, felt really sick in the morning after only be 6 hours there. Waste of money.

We had a 4 night stay, hotel catered for everything we required for a short holiday. Very friendly staff, lovely food 24/7, plenty of pool towels to help yourself to, pool area was a really clean and tidy, lots of relaxing areas to chill or sunbathe. I would have no hesitation in returning 10/10

Room smelt damp and musky, almost like mould. The towel was damp and there was a terrible noise outside not traffic but something that was so loud I didn't sleep till 2am for a 6am alarm. Turned a bad day terrible

Efficient and friendly but choice of food was scarce. I ordered a dish and when it arrived at our table it was totally different to what I expected and couldn’t eat it so I ordered a cheese and ham toast which I knew but I was still charged for the dish I couldn’t eat.

Overall good stay, I am here for 3rd time and have the usual experience I am expecting from Ibis. The room is small but cosy and comfortable. The clearliness is good, the staff at the reception is friendly. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city centre, there is a big shopping mall nearby. The 2 things I think can improve are the coffee at the breakfast, not sure why the only good one is the single espresso, the milky options are watery and with a strange taste. Also the staff in the breakfast venue, they don't look they enjoying their job at all, especially the male member of staff (they are not wearing name badges to name them). So the hotel is a good choice for the short stay in a city hotel, reasonably priced and maintaining consistent standards.

Very comfortable (especially the pillows) but please change that juvenile wallpaper and the useless bedside table (a small set of drawers would be more useful).

It was very uncomfortable because it was very hot and the AC was not cooling enough, got in touch with reception and checked another room - same situation. Very disappointed.
