Efficient and friendly but choice of food was scarce. I ordered a dish and when it arrived at our table it was totally different to what I expected and couldn’t eat it so I ordered a cheese and ham toast which I knew but I was still charged for the dish I couldn’t eat.

Overall good stay, I am here for 3rd time and have the usual experience I am expecting from Ibis. The room is small but cosy and comfortable. The clearliness is good, the staff at the reception is friendly. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city centre, there is a big shopping mall nearby. The 2 things I think can improve are the coffee at the breakfast, not sure why the only good one is the single espresso, the milky options are watery and with a strange taste. Also the staff in the breakfast venue, they don't look they enjoying their job at all, especially the male member of staff (they are not wearing name badges to name them). So the hotel is a good choice for the short stay in a city hotel, reasonably priced and maintaining consistent standards.

Very comfortable (especially the pillows) but please change that juvenile wallpaper and the useless bedside table (a small set of drawers would be more useful).

It was very uncomfortable because it was very hot and the AC was not cooling enough, got in touch with reception and checked another room - same situation. Very disappointed.

Friendly welcome which continued with all staff. Rooms had everything you need for a quick overnight stop (we landed at 2330h) before making way onwards the next day. Not particularly cheap for an ibis but the staff and breakfast make up for that. Pool setting looked lovely but husband said it looked dirty and needed a good clean/sweep with the net

Is not a bad choice. Bed was comfortable and the swimming pool area is nice. Room need a big renovation but nothing that interfere on your stay.

Staff were lovely and hotel location was pretty good, rooms were clean and a short walk to the local shopping centre, we did get taxi in to the harbour which was lovely and cost about 3-4euro though you could walk this, I would stay here again.

The location is great for the airport is the positive. Not having good ac in the room 221 meant a hot night and that was after another guest walked into my room with a working key card - worrying. Will find alternatives in the future.
