The hotel was clean, everyone was helpful and friendly. BUT I have a SEVERE cat allergy and called before booking to verify that you do NOT allow pets. Upon check-in I discovered you do allow them! It was evening and I had no place to go (and already paid the transport driver). So I could do nothing but curl up on the bed, careful to not touch anything all night, (we could not even get food) while worrying if I would have to go to hospital! You need to be clear with all employees on your pet policy!!!!

Reception was a bit argumentive and unfriendly. Nevertheless a good bed, hot shower and a nice clean room. The hotel has a small bar area with comfortable seating. Excellent outside pool with the added bonus of a great place to sit and relax.

A short walk alongside the train tracks to Faro station. Plenty of parking space for your rental car. And a clean comfortable hotel
