room more or less as expected. whole property and room too hot. bar service poor before 7pm shower drain not clearinf. sink plug not fitting.

Rooms tad small and disturbed by banging doors Kim early hours. Clean and reception staff pleasant. Shower is slippery and towels thin ..... bathroom door clumsy a sliding one would be easier. Both our mattresses slipped on their bases causing soft edges to overhang.... in the night having been to the toilet on getting back into bed crashed to the floor .... very dangerous. Car parking safe and seemed secure. Nine minutes easy drive to airport. Room rate as Accor member attractive but bear in mind it is a budget hotel!

Got bitten loads, have had this confirmed by doctor, the staff in the evenings were ok but one evening we ordered a pizza and when it came it was just placed hurriedly on the table with napkins, all the others that we’re eating no had serving plates place mats and cutlery not acceptable at all

As always up to standards for my needs and expectations, you do need to do something about your shower trays they are extremely slippery.
