I've stayed at many Ibis hotels in many countries, and the ones in Portsmouth and Southampton are the worst! No air conditioning, no mini fridge, no washing machines, and no ice machines. I won't stay at either of these again.

I have arrived late in the night and too tired to ask for a room change. It was smelling really bad, the sheets as well. Too bad since I am staying at this hotel quite often, it is the first time I wasn't happy at all with the room. Hope for better luck next time.
