Great location, perfect for what we needed BUT you could not stay in this hotel for more than one night. I don't think I've ever seen a bathroom smaller than what we had, it was awful - your knees are nearly touching the wall when you sit on the toilet and as for the shower... Staff very pleasant and an excellent reception space. We nearly had an issue with the car park. We arrived and paid £12 for the day and had to use the car to drop off some items for a party, on returning back there was 1 space left - what would happen if the car park was then full and you've paid? Fine for one evening but you really need to update the rooms to justify the price you charge.

Staff were great, room clean but not comfortable, Room so far too small to be comfortable no room to sit only one chair so other person had to sit on bed. Bathroom so small it made washing difficult, shower and taps ran either scalding hot or cold so I couldn't use the shower. The Menu was so reduce I had difficulty finding something to eat. It was ideally situated for the IOW ferry but I would not stay here again.

The communication from the ibis is great I had a couple of queries the week before my stay and the reception team leader got back to me straight away. We arrived early and Mi on reception was so welcoming and helpful she organised registering my car and checking us in. She took our luggage and we went for a walk. The hotel is clean tidy and the beds are comfortable (could have done with an extra pillow) the rooms are clean and compact. The small touches were lovely they offer a pack lunch (not seen that before) pool table and board games. we will definitely be back.

Board Games available and places to sit to use them, also Pool table for use £1 a game. Restaurant on site very good. Attentive Staff Compact but comfy room. Shower room unfortunately far too small. Absolutely no space to sit comfortably on the toilet and we are a family normal in size! My 6’2” son needed to sit sideways! This unfortunately means we will not stay again. Parking £12 per nights stay.
