There was a mix up with the rooms so the first room we were offered was unmade. However the reception staff fixed this quickly and were very apologetic. On our second night a fire alarm went off in the hallway at 3am. After a few minutes it turned off and the guests agreed it must have been a false alarm. But no one explained why the alarm had gone off or apologised.

So noisy, cannot sleep

The room is not sound proof at all. When people walking around and close the door, it woke us up. There were 2 group of Tourist came by coach. One group of young people slept quite late and run around and slam the door. Another group of tourists got up next morning before 5 and slammed the door around 5.30am.. Never staying in previous IBis hotel like this one

Lovely clean room, staff fantastic, could do with the new tax rates being emailed out as I knew About it from Facebook pages but would have been a bit miffed as I wouldn't normally have had the money for it. Room perfect, fantastic stay

Short stay to visit Paris. Helpful staff, good local shops. Secure parking. Good connection to city by train. Room perfectly adequate for needs.

We stayed here for new year. hotel is in a good spot for paris and Disney only issue for us Brits was the room was a bit on the small side and there was no tea and coffee in the room after a long bus ride to get there.breakfast is your standard continental breakfast with only a limited selection of hot food if you are only sleeping there and up and out for the day then it's a good hotel as the area it is in doesnt have a lot going on.
