Our bar is integrated in the restaurant, the perfect place to relax and talk over a glass of wine or a cold beer. Open daily from 3 pm to midnight.

Our buffet breakfast with regional specialties is served from 6:30am to 10:30am on weekdays and 11am at weekends. Guests can sit out on the terrace in fine weather. On request, we will also be happy to serve you breakfast in your room at no extra charge.

Sunday arrival - Receptionist displaying a don’t care attitude.Told restaurant closed had to ask twice for a town map .. was tired after a long drive from Prague and felt unwelcome ! Bedroom and bathroom un-prepared, unwashed bathroom glass with dentifrice streaked inside, Kleenex dispenser empty had to go the reception to get replacement. Duvet layed on bed at 90 degree to normal .. it looked as if the cleaning staff were untrained or filling in for an absconding staff member!!! Bath towels thrown on radiator rather than layed down. Carpet in the bedroom looked as if it had been a witness to a battle leaving streaks on it .. photos available if you require. An absolute nightmare to experience! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

Restaurant and bar not working, plenty garbage outside. Only one guy at reception, no one else to keep it a bit clean. We had the VIP package and still they asked to pay for the parking, which we then got "for free" as a compensation that the restaurant was closed. No bathrobes provided. Breakfast was also not good, horrible slurry coffee. It's a four star hotel, upgrade it or make it two star. Not coming back....

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The host could have been a little warmer on arrival, they were welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, tasty food to start the day. The warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, and friendly hospitality made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great hotel location. Rooms had great view overlooking river Saar. We had 2 rooms. Both had some issues. First room the air con was not working and instead heating the room whilst temperature is 30 degrees it also had tissue on the glow between the 2 beds which gave a bad first impression about cleanliness. Second room had a weird smell. The rooms are a bit dated and the carpets stained even on the corridor. Everything was functional though. For 4 stars expect shampoo conditioner and lotion but this wasn’t there. Breakfast was ok albeit very basic and overcooked especially harsh browns. Staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable enough but pillows needs replacing. Overall an ok hotel but could be made great with minor upgrades

Comfortable stay in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast quality is very good. Price is resonable. The room wifi is OK however it could be betterOnly one comment is that I fail to adjust room teperature to be cooler therefore it is quite hot otherwise the window was open.

I loved the hotel, location, price, and the amenities. The only problem was the temperature. The AC in my room worked but was not powerful enough and my room was too hot to sleep in. I will not be coming back because of this.

Staff were cold, restaurant and bar closed on Sundays so no welcome drink. “Special gift” for being a gold member in my room was a plate of stale corn chips and old salsa. Despite the hotel having 150 rooms and saw about three other clients while I sat in the lobby for three hours reading, no offer of checking into the room a little bit early. Room was clean and comfortable etc. But zero interested in returning to this location.

The location is great, the room was clean and really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The only little issue was the morning before check out we packed most of our stuff ( but left a few things on the table and in the bathroom ) and went out around ten for breakfast. When we came back to our room around 11.30 we noticed the stuff we left out were missing and the cleaning lady had already passed by preparing the room for the next guests. We got our missing stuff back after check- out in the reception but only noticed back home there was still two bowls &forks we brought along missing. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and certainly will be coming back next year. Thank you!

We loved our 4-night stay. The room was well-equipped, modern, had everything we needed, spacious, quiet, high floor with view over the river, convenient to the station, minifridge with free drinks, plus free snacks, and the breakfast was perfect served in the bright breakfast room/restaurant. Particularly loved the coffee at breakfast...not too strong...just right.
