Clean comfortable room stay a few times before a flight quite often would be nice if the menus in restaurant was changed and had more choice.

Very slow check in. The safe in the room was not working also the safe was not fixed to anything.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I have requested the maintenance team to have a look at the safe as it should rightly be fixed properly and be in a god working condition. I am also very sorry that there was a delay checking in and have increased staffing levels on peak period. Was very nice stay and friendly staff. However, when I arrived there were 3 people at reception checking in one person at a time, I found it a bit inconvenient.
