We came to Montreal to see the Habs play. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the Bell Centre, which was perfect. Beds are comfortable and clean. Staff are courteous and prompt. The only thing I would improve is the pillows. All in all, a great stay.

Since food delivery is now so common, I don't think the in-room minibar is necessary anymore. I'd suggest providing an empty refrigerator in each unit by default, and adding a self-service vending machine in the lobby if needed.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast buffet, except that the room was not illuminated well and we were charged for a beer from the mini-bar that we did not consume. We did take it OUT of the refrigerator (it was too low to see inside) to see the brand but immediately placed it back inside the bar. I would recommend an inventory check list instead of however you are determining usage.

A pretty standard, middle of the road hotel. Our room showed signs of wear. The bedside lamp wasn't working, and the room generally was quite dark.

We were there for our school reunion. The room was nice. Staffs were nice. The only thing that put me in concern was the drainer from the bathtub. When I took the shower, the water came up 2/3 high up to my knees. I was very slow waiting for draining down.
