I stayed at Novotel Andorra for one night and overall had a mixed experience. The location is quite convenient. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the central bus station, but if you’re arriving with Andbus from Barcelona, the drop-off point is just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the city center, which makes it easy to explore on foot. The hotel itself feels outdated, with older interiors and facilities. Additionally, there was construction noise starting around 9 AM (I stayed on the 3rd floor), which was not ideal for a short stay. Wellness facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are available, but they are located in a nearby hotel - Mercure Andorra. While accessible, it’s slightly inconvenient to leave one hotel and go to another to use these amenities. Breakfast was very good in terms of quality and selection. However, the replenishment of empty dishes was quite slow, even though the breakfast area was not crowded. On the positive side, the hotel has a nice WiFi Bar with reasonable prices (e.g., classic cocktails for around 7 EUR). As an ALL Accor Silver member, I also received welcome drinks, which was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel benefits from a good location and some nice perks, but the outdated condition and minor inconveniences affect the overall experience. #reviewbyafandi #tripbyafandi

The location, buffet restaurant are both nice and very convenient. However, the wifi was awful (not to say inexistant) in floor 6. I've reported it at the reception but I believe the person did not care at all (or at least gave us this impression since she did not come back to us to let us know if this could be fixed or not). She said it was the first time someone was telling us but the guy in the afternoon said he knew there was an issue??!!?? This was actually really annoying because we had to work in the evening and couldn't. Also, that would be very nice if we could work out (sport room) much earlier at 7am, 9:45 is far too late.
