The room was very ancient and needs to be remodeled, another thing was that there was no toothbrush ... in the rooms (we booked twice) but we travelled with another friends for the third year for a swimming competition. In total we booked 8 rooms. We found it all too basic. On the other hand, the staff was very attentive specially Mr. Balaguer Albiac who I really liked seeing him again. In fact, I think we stayed at this hotel again just because of the staff.

Very clean rooms, well equipped & breakfast buffet was good (except the coffee machine). The location of the hotel is superb. Staff are friendly.

Hotel was well located, it all worked. Parking was easy. Room was good but the air con was not working. Lucky we had a window to open and for the running water from the river across the road the sleep to. Result a deep sleep ! The welcome drink was generous !!

We have stayed in the Novotel Andorra many times some years ago, and it has the same quality and services after all these years. Rooms are well equipped and the personnel is very kind and helpful; we particularly appreciated that they talked to us in Catalan, our mother tongue. A great experience!
