Old infrastructure for the price, not appropiate service spirit, no parking availability, poor breakfast,… I had no feeling of all member.

We drive to Andorra from Barcelona. Very scenic drive. Hotel is easy to find, parking downstairs was a breeze, very courteous attendant shows us our spot. Check-in was very efficient, room was well furnished and bed very comfortable. Separate toilet in the room was a welcome feature. Friendly staff at front desk, bar and restaurant made us feel very welcome, especially Mateo. Coffee and croissant breakfast was excellent. An easy walk to the shops and Old Town, with Grab Valira river across the road… what’s there not to like!

Check in etc was fine . Breakfast excellent . Our main problem was the bedroom only had a bed and one chair . There were no tables , desk , stand for luggage, no carpet . It was disgraceful

Great hotel. We were lucky to stay in a recently refurbished room which was bright and modern. We were a family of 4 and the room size was adequate for showering and sleeping. Hotel is well located within walking distance of Andorra centre and all its shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool area one afternoon. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast buffet we have ever had. So much choice, it was outstanding. Only complaint was there was no room for us in the car park. A booking system would be better so we could guarantee a spot after a long drive across the pyrenees.
