Hotel was well located, it all worked. Parking was easy. Room was good but the air con was not working. Lucky we had a window to open and for the running water from the river across the road the sleep to. Result a deep sleep ! The welcome drink was generous !!

We have stayed in the Novotel Andorra many times some years ago, and it has the same quality and services after all these years. Rooms are well equipped and the personnel is very kind and helpful; we particularly appreciated that they talked to us in Catalan, our mother tongue. A great experience!

We liked the hotel. Comfortable and a good location, but the food was ordinary. The bacon was unbelievable. It looked like a piece of plastic and had no taste
