It is quite strange that a hotel does not have an ironing board, plus I believe the start of breakfast is a bit late. Bed is comfortable but the room is very dated.

We had a lovely stay. The weather was perfect so was the hotel we used the pool, jacuzzi etc. The staff were excellent. Very helpful. This is the second time we've been to this hotel and it won't be the last. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and able to sleep very well in the beautiful pets. Thank you to all the staff We will be back

Old, outdated super smelly rooms

As a 4-star hotel, I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Mercure Accord Hotel. The rooms are very old and not charming in any way. The carpet is extremely smelly and they try to cover it up with very strong chemicals. Both my room and my parents' room, as well as the corridors, smell like a brothel. Both rooms, Being in different sides of the building, had views to a wall with very noisy industrial machinery. Terrible smell inside, terrible noise outside with no views. Being an accord member did not get us better rooms. The breakfast was a spread of low-quality, cheap, low-shelf supermarket products.
