The room was adequate enough to suit my needs. Only two observations that may interest you: 1) hair strand was in the bed when I arrived, 2) only one electrical outlet in the entire room which was nowhere near the bed.. Other than these, the room and service was at par in the price range.

Older hotel… and got put in Andorra palace section… it was ok not Mercure level especially for a silver level.

Nice, centrally located and quiet. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Parking is unfortunately very expensive, with no discount for ALL members, and we had a bad experience with the parking attendants, which soured things for us. The spa and pool area is lovely and I really enjoyed using it, but I slipped on the wet floor in the changing room and hurt my back and elbow when I fell. Just to make people aware to take extra caution, as I am always careful and still managed to slip.
