The hotel is well located on the tram line that links the airport to the city centre: 13 or 14 stops from the airport, 1 stop from the Cathedral. The internal bistrot is quite appreciated on cold and rainy evenings. Very small room but quite cozy. Bathroom amenities are a bit too exiguous.

I ONLY stay at this hotel when I am in Bordeaux, which is often. Rooms are clean, it’s quiet and everyone is super friendly & accommodating!

No bedside table on one side of the bed. Welcome tray not acceptable, only one cup and one sachet of coffee. Only two bath. towels, no hand towel. Trying to leave garage was a disaster. Paid our ticket, scanned the ticket in the machine and the light. turned green, but two cars came down the ramp. By the time we were able to drive up the ramp the barrier was closed. I had to walk back down to the machine, but it would not accept my ticket (already scanned). I pressed the button for help and the female who replied was not very courteous. I explained what had happened, but she insisted that I had not paid for my ticket. I insisted I had, and she demanded to know how much. When I told her, she said ok, and released the barrier. I had to run back up the ramp to get into the car before the barrier closed again. Very very disappointed.

The same goes for the welcome tray — if you would like more tea, coffee, or other items, our team will be happy to provide them. We are also very sorry for the difficulties you encountered in the parking 🚗💦. Unfortunately, the situation was worsened by other guests not respecting the traffic lights, which caused the issues when you tried to exit. We truly regret the stress this caused. Your comments are valuable to us and help improve our services for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon and provide a more seamless and comfortable experience 🙏✨.
