We had a great stay at Novotel Toronto Centre. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was a highlight for our family—it’s well-maintained and a nice spot to unwind after a day out. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to St. Lawrence Market and Union Station, which made getting around super convenient. One downside was the pub directly across from the hotel—it can get quite loud at night with music playing, so I’d recommend bringing a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. Also, while the pool is great, it’s about 5 feet deep, so it’s not the most kid-friendly for younger children who can’t swim. It would be a nice touch if the hotel provided floaties or life jackets for kids under 7. That said, our son is a competitive swimmer and very comfortable in the water, so it worked out fine for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and unbeatable location.

The room is large and clean. The location is 10-15mins walking distance to Union station, Toronto Eaton Center. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are all friendly.

It was nice to stay at Novotel Toronto Center again. We used the sauna facility late in the evening and it was very quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere, it was very clean as well. The only thing we were missing was a microwave. I wouldn't mind, if you had just one microwave on each floor. Forgot to mention to the attendant at the check out counter that coffee maker in room 523 is not working properly. The steam would come out of it but the liquid wasn't collecting in the carafe. Managed to make 0.5 cup of coffee out of 4 cups of water (that I poured in the coffee maker). Other than that our stay was pleasant. We really appreciate the luggage storage service.

Staff was ready for my early arrival. Stayed five nights and everything about this hotel was tremendous. Great location for those who are good with walking 10-15 minutes to the major attractions downtown. Easily accessed hotel that fit exactly what were looking for
