My brother and I stayed for one night to enjoy a concert and hang out downtown. I've known about the hotel for years but never stayed there. That was a mistake I won't make again. The rate was reasonable, the location, staff and room were stellar. Well done!

I am very happy with my stay at the Novotel Toronto City Centre during my recent visit to Toronto. The staff are very friendly and courteous - Fifo, Sherif and all those at Reception, the hotel is well located, easily located and close to Union Metro, the rooms are tidy and clean. Fifo was fantastic, she was friendly courteous and most engaging. The only comment I would like to make is there is no sign that the automatic front doors have a sign to warn of opening outwards and when I arrived all jet lagged and tired with my luggage was almost hit in the face by the doors !

Disappointed with the room, I had requested a city view and got an empty parking garage. Breakfast was good, The Bathroom shower had mold around the basement, and I was surprised as the newly renovated

I had an excellent experience at Novotel Toronto Centre. This was my first visit to Canada and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for getting around and walking downtown. It’s close to Eaton Centre, Union Station, the CN Tower, and the ferry terminal. I used ridesharing to get around most of the time and had no issue with pick-ups or drop-offs.
