Good two night stay. Huge advantage of this stay was how much less expensive than it was compared to hotels downtown during those two days and that weighs heavily on the score. The stay itself was what I needed clean room, towels were replenished, toiletries smelled good, slippers were provided (a good thing). I appreciated the free welcome drink that came with Accor Silver. The South Asian staff member who checked me in at about 4pm on Sunday March 29 was very polite and demonstrated good customer service. I'd stay here again. The point of improvement might be the bar. It may just need some reorganization at the bar area to be less messy and somewhat more professional presenting.

the hotel is well kept and clean, the staff are friendly and professional and we love the location of the hotel for its accessibility to a 24 hour parking lot and a subway station.

Went to the bar/resturant for dinner, the waiter brought us drink and food menu. Drinks where slow and coming, never returned to take food order for 15 people. After an hour we left for Boston pizza.
