I have the usual suggestion about your hotel bathroom that I have made after staying at your hotels (several times in Toronto, and recently at the Waterloo, UK location): Install grab bars in your tub and shower. The floor of the tub is slippery and for people like me (80+ years of age), it is hazardous. I always have to request a rubber bathtub mat to keep my balance. But you need to put two grab bars in each tub/shower. Your tubs are accidents waiting to happen. Incidentally, I was guaranteed a walk-in shower (see section of confirmation email below), but I was not given the room I had booked. "Reservation made in the name of : MUNIR C. Superior room with 1 king bed 1 Adult A spacious room with one king bed, Nespresso coffee, mini cooler, safe, walk-in shower extra bathroom amenities, bathrobe & slippers. complimentary Wi-Fi, local calls. Excellent location, service, facilities, and amenities. The only thing that could have improved my stay is if all 3 treadmills were working. Every time I stay, there seems to be multiple treadmills that are malfunctioning or not working. Every other aspect of my stay was great.

This was for work - the room was clean and modern - however, the shower leaked all over the floor under the tiles and required many towels to keep dry. It seems that it needs to be regrouted. The food at lunch was average at our meeting in the hotel, the options were limited and the staff was hard to find, food requirements and people with allergies were not able to eat and they needed to go outside the hotel to find food for lunch. Our team has told management that food was better at our other location; however, the snacks were delicious and well suited for all types of people with different food restrictions.

No idea why I was put in an handicapped room for 2 nights. Bed also wasn't the same as my last experience in August 2026. Not sure why this all happened....?

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely made. The blackout curtains had a gap that I wasn't able to close completely so it would be nice if that could be fixed. Also, the quality of the tissue paper (kleenex) was very rough - felt like sand paper so it would be nice if you would supply a softer brand. The scent of the body wash is very strong and has too much perfume.

The upgraded rooms were really nice. Great location as well. But I stayed on the 18th floor and the noise from the elevators, at least to my ears, really carried through to rooms. Once they were able to move me to a room on the 16th all was quiet and good again.

I was aghast to find a non-functional toilet. Luckily, housekeeping was in a room across the hall and called a supervisor who sent a plumber. The integrity of the room should have been ensured before assigning a guest to that space.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and accessible. The bathroom toilet was too low for me as I am an amputee, I had some trouble with that. The bed was comfortable and the soaps and lotion were amazing!

Hi there, I find the lights surrounding the bathroom mirror are far too bright and there was no way to dim them. It's the only bathroom light and I found I was either blinded by them or fumbling around in the dark. I got a bad headache after trying to change my contact lenses while using the bathroom mirror. On a different note, I wish there were more than just two little, regular coffee pods in the room. I like to drink a lot of coffee when I first wake up and I found the amount to be insufficient. That said, I do like that there are real mugs, not paper mugs. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The buffet breakfast I had was delicious.
