This is a very clean and well located hotel. Very nice staff. My only reason giving it 8, is because of bathroom French door that reduces privacy and the thermostat in the room that was not functioning properly.

Poor service by the 2 ladies at the front desk , who did not believe I was law enforcement , first responder, despite showing them my badge , in corrections our name is not displayed in our badge.. they were not very professional or friendly

The chiller was not working on day 1 of my stay and I was ok. The temp outside was below zero. The shower don’t have curtains or door to close. The floor easily get wet. The water at 18th floor was not hot enough for the shower, making the experience overall just OK. I stayed in this hotel many years for business but this round I am a bit disappointed. The hotel did get the upgrade for certain things which is nice.
