I was not aware of the refurbishment, I stayed on the second floor so was right above the refurb work being done, the corridor to my hotel room was very dirty looking. I was staying for the week on a business trip so had at least 5 shirts to hang in the wardrobe, I tried for several minutes to call reception and housekeeping to ask for some more hangers for my clothes, there was no answer. I then went direct to reception and was told her colleague was on a break and could not help me at that moment but promised to bring some up to my room. The hangers never arrived, neither did they arrive the next day, so I gave up. When ever I come to Zurich I have always stayed at this hotel but now I am thinking this may be a mistake and I should look for another hotel to stay at.
