Nightmarish stay.

One of my worst stays. - bad value for money (Almost $300 per night for a room which was worse than a basic bed and breakfast) - poorly laid linen - no toiletries - no service! (Even they try to find excuse for not keeping your left luggage for few hours) - extremely rude staff - no airport shuttle - construction work going on and the lift feels like a coffin! - when I have feedback - no intent to hear to listen. Will never stay in a Novotel. It looks they simply license their brand to anyone and have no quality control.

Moreover, we regret to hear that our staff did not deliver the courteous and professional service we are known for. The staff service is so good, best ever in the Accor group hotels that I have stayed. Location quite convenient and close to tram station and airport. Will come back definitely.

Very noisy due to construction and unavailability of Gym/ Sauna

Hotel, staff and location itself is good. However not a pleasant experience due to: - Unavailability of Gym and Sauna. It was not mentioned while doing the booking at front desk or online. This is not acceptable as customer should be well informed before making any decision or surprises. Also, in such cases customer should be refunded some portion of the money due to unavailability of services and inconvenience caused. - It was very noisy, starting 7:00-7:30 am in the morning due to construction. It felt like someone is hammering right on top of our room. - I would also suggest to add more variety in your breakfast menu specially for vegetarian people. Very limited choices (just bread and egg) and it was same menu for 5 days straight. Based on above, I would not recommend this to anyone until construction is completed and all the facilities are open. Regards, Atif
