With breathtaking views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill, our rooftop pool is one of Athens' most beloved urban escapes-perfect for refreshing moments, unwinding, and soaking in the city's vibrant energy from above. Bad and dangerous location, bad maintenance of the facilities, bad odor inside my room, old towels, old and dirty carpet, one day i did not have water at all in my room, pool closed too early even with good weather, I will never come back to this hotel.

check in was the first unpleasant experience, only at sharp 3 pm the front desk started check if a room is available, not even 10min before 3pm ... no clear reasons and rooms are not all finished point 3pm breakfast was poor, overcrowded and staff arguing with guest as not cups are left... only paper cups in a 4 star hotel. arriving at various times in the morning, fruit was missing and not filled up at check in i was promised a daily refill of the mini bar... it never happened It was mostly the poor attitude and behaviour of the staff which was causing the discomfort. a simple sorry, we try our best, what can we do (a coffee while waiting in line for breakfast) would have done the trick. Sorry, not a place I can recommend and this at a price of 200EUR per night!

Very dated and grim, and dirty rooms, in a bad and ugly location. Absolutely no way this hotel deserves even 2 stars. It should not be part of Novotel franchise, this has ruined your brand for us. Terrible experience.
