We are a Platinum Accor Member (nearly Diamond) and have stayed other Novotels. Pet friendly and there was a smell in the both rooms booked and in the halways. This was a consistent complaint we heard other guests make. If you are going to be pet friendly suggest that you limit the rooms so not to cause a smell in the other rooms (this is coming from a pet owner). Terrible location. The neighbourhood is very poor. A shuttle bus is offered but runs at best every 2 hours). Not acceptable frequency due to the unsafe nature of the surrounding area. Photos are overly modified and do not accurately represent the hotel. Pool restaurant bar is well overpriced for the quality. Happy to pay more, not happy to pay more for such poor quality food. Only redeeming feature is the breakfast. Terrible experience.
