Had the best stay here! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower. The hotel is very well located and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again on a future trip!

Friendly staff and amazing food

Amazing Hotel. The staff is really friendly and did everything to accommodate our needs. We had lunch and diner at the hotel restaurant for three days. The staff is amazing and the food incredible. Our waiters, Paulo and Moraes were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I was traveling with my in laws who are French and they said the food was really good, specially the desert (mille feuilles). As the chef of the restaurant is French, that is a HUGE compliment. Definetly recommend it and will be back next time I’m in SP.

Classy elegant hotel with 5 star service, food, facitlities and amazing staff!

I have stayed four times in this hotel and I always will come back. The last stay I had some small problems and they were solved the same day with so much care. I felt treated like a king and really liked the personal care. The amazing things about this hotel to me is firstly the staff. They are very nice. It goes from people working at the reception desk, the congierge, the people working at the breakfast, the boulangerie next (and part of) the hotel (which by the way is a must go, delcious pastries) , securtiy and other staff. Several times when they noticed that I speak a little Portuguese, they try to make small talk and make me feel very welcome. They also appreciate me trying in Portuguese. Of course the staff at the reception and breakfast also communicates in English. Second, the location, next to Ibirapuera park (walking distance), just 10 min away by Uber (which is cheap also) from Paulista av., popular neighbourhoods as Moema, Itaim Bibi and Pinheiros makes it the perfect location for my stay. Within several minutes I am in almost all the good spots of the city (even though the city is huge). Depending on the room, you will have a good view of the city or park also. For the rest the service is great, the breakfast is amazing, I could just critcize the cakes that could be more fresh, for the rest the sweet pastries (changing daily) are perfect. There is a lot of choice in fruits, salty food, healthy food and also you can order fresly made tapioca, waffles, omelettes with the toppings you like. Also several natural juices. I am very picky with breakfast, but for this value, the breakfast is great. The hotel itself is very elegant and classy. It is stylish with French/European elegant style. When you like very modern and new, it might be not your place. The rooms are great. The bedding (sheets, pillows) are of high quality, the shower flow is strong and hot (when preffered), you can notice the small details that make it really a 5 star stay. There is a good gym (with staff), tennis fields, spa, swimmingpool, so there are lots of options. Even though for me it is the perfect place (quality, price, location, service, etc) and I would always prefer to stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo, the internet over all could be a little faster (standard is 25MB), but when I asked, the staff at the hotel helped with a better connection. The airconditioning for me personally could be a little colder/stronger (I like cold in the night), but for most it will be sufficient. Overall for me the hotel is 9,9 out of 10, highly recommend!

What makes this hotel an experience of a lifetime. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and normally I divide my stays between Marriott and Hilton. But when I am in São Paulo I tend to choose differently. I stay at the Grand Mecure Hotel. São Paulo is know for very hardworking people and it truly shows at this hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff is working hard to give you a memorable experience. One of the experience that I like most is the breakfast buffet. They have an array of items to choose from. There are many different selections of cheeses, meats, breads, coffee, teas, fresh juices and traditional Brazilian baked goods. My favorite is the omelette station where you are able to make any omelette of your choice weather it be Brazilian or otherwise. The lobby is modern and inviting with comfortable furniture. The bar is as equally inviting with ample seating and has many top shelf alcohol and beers. The rooms are cozy with a very stunning view of the city and most importantly very clean. The rooms also have amazing amenities from L’Occitane Au Brazil. One word for the shower, AMAZING. Just amazing. If you want to pamper yourself , there is also a spa facility at the hotel as well. All in all if you are wanting to try something different, with a unique and memorable experience in São Paulo, I would recommend this hotel hands down. You will definitely feel like this was money well spent.

Old Hotel

The room is old , the shower is bad and the cleaning also. The room cleaning was done at night, the courtin of the room look old and dirty and there is no accustic isolation. The reception for registration is also very slow, I always stay the and now I'thinking to change hotel.
