The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me, including help with taxi services. A special thank you to Anne Francoise and Alex, they were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the beach and there is a good restaurant nearby.

The staff is very friendly, accommodative, one of my best experienced traveling in Africa and breakfast is also very good. Easy access to the beach and a nearby nice restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay. Sipho, all the way from South Africa.

The stay was good, but the service at the reception and restaurants was a pain in the neck.

The hotel offers satisfactory accommodations and is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous excellent seaside restaurants. However, there are several areas where the hotel could improve its services. Enhanced security checks, improved responsiveness and efficiency of the restaurant staff, and an upgraded fitness center that caters to weight training enthusiasts would all contribute to a more positive guest experience. While the cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, attention should also be given to cleaning under the beds.

This time in Dakar we first stayed at Novotel (Accor group too), then Pullman. I have to say the breakfast and food quality for the restaurant at Novotel is really superior to Pullman. Pullman is better located and more comfortable overall though. Rooms are kept cleaner than before. Beautiful sea view and pool. The gym area is lacking a bit, too small and lacking even a simple pull-up bar or bench press. Hotel staff was very friendly.
