I called severally for reception to bring an iron - 4 times to be precise. Eventually I told there was no iron only consolation is that the receptionist offered to have someone get my clothes to iron them (after 2 hours of waiting). This could have been better managed. Secondly during check-out, I politely requested if the invoice could be presented in English and the receptionist ignorantly no, it's not possible. I am expected to understand French since I came to a French speaking country. I believe he spoke ignorantly since he forgot that Pullman is a global expression under the Accor brand. It's wrong for him to have assumed that every customer that comes to Pullman is a French native or speaker. It was also a bit of a hassle ordering room service using the QR code in the room - I was not able to complete my order electronically and ended up calling the room service number which defeated the purpose.
