Good stay, very bad WiFi

I know this hotel from many years and until now I was very satisfied, but last time the WiFi connection was bad and it was impossible to connect with my phone and computer so impossible to work, I was forced to use Personal Hotspot from my mobile. Hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible, if no, next time I will book another hotel. Thanks, Cristian

The location is a bit far from the city centre. We spent quite a lot in taxis

It was OK staying at Novotel.

While we are just a short drive away from Antwerp city centre, we regret that our location was not ideal for your needs on this occasion. Additionally, we understand the convenience of having toiletries readily available and apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Regarding the need for a water bottle for refills, we regret if this was not communicated effectively, and we will take your feedback into account to ensure that guests are properly informed of our hotel amenities. The place was good, the room was good, but the staff in charge of the bar on Friday fatal, inattentive, even rude, new staff without training or vocation to service, the stay is not free so I don't understand

Helpful and supportive staff. However in room amenities are disappointing. I stayed in a Novotel @ brussels 2 weeks prior with a fairly better in room experience in terms of lighting, utilities
